You can't without deleting those applications and downloading them from the new ID, which may require repurchasing paid applications.

On your Iphone go to:
Settings
scroll down to "Store"
then press on top of current "Apple ID" at the bottom of the page
then choose "Sign out"
After that just sign in with the correct id and password.

Try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and log out of it and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' your account on it

When I want to open a PDF document The box that pops up asking if I want to open or save does not come up and it always saves. I need this changed.

When the window opens to ask if I want to save or not comes up it does so for WORD documents just fine, however, for PDF documents it never asks (it used to). Now it just automatically saves them without asking. I need this changed. I went into applications and changed the setting to always ask but it still is just saving, them no window pops up asking what I want firefox to do with the file like it does with a WORD document. IF I cannot get this resolved I will not be able to continue using firefox. I teach and I have students submitting articles etc in pdf format, I cannot constantly save all pdf files. I just want to open them, review them and then move on. There must be a way to change this so that the window asking what I want firfox to do with the pdf files opens.

Deleted it, restarted it. tried it again. no change. repeated the whole cycle. no change. thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling, but that won't reallyk change the settings.

That depends on how you bought the phone. A carrier linked phone will come with a sim card. An unlocked phone usually does not have a sim card.
Sim cards can be bought from your Cell carrier's stores. Apple does not sell sim cards.

HT2534 The New iTunes does not have an option to create a Apple ID without putting a credit card number in - I need to be able to do it without entering information in as it is a school iPAD and cannot have any link to a credit card (school or personal).

To be able to download free apps without a recognised method of payment or gift card.
Open iTunes and navigate to the app store. Select a free app to download. A simple way to do this is to scroll down to the top free apps box on the right hand side, hover your mouse over the first item and click on the free button that appears when you hover over it.
A pop up will open asking you to sign in with your Apple ID click "create new account", click continue to create your account. Check the box to accept the store terms and conditions and click continue.
Enter your email address, password, security question, and date of birth, click continue. Now, you will be asked to provide a payment method. Note now that the last option says "none".

To migrate your data to a new iCloud account go to Settings>iCloud and turn off all synced data (contacts, calendars, etc.), when prompted choose to keep the data on your phone. My Lightroom 5 brushes tool has stopped working. You can select a brush but when you go to the picture the dot that shows it is being used does not come up and the photo does not change....

I use the brush tool a lot... When I use to use it I would select the brush then select the brush tool I wanted to use like Iris Enhance. I then would go to the picture and click on the eye. A dot would appear to show me I was using the tool. Then I could edit... No dot appears now and nothing changes on the picture.. My assumption is something changed that needs to be changed back,,,,, PLEASE HELP!!

ok now When I select a tool to use the brush with the dot shows up... When I highlight the area I want to adjust it shows pink... then when i hit done the pink goes away and no changes have been made....

I cannot swear to this but If you received a replacement in a plain brown box, it is a refurbished iPad. A brand new iPad would be boxed in the original brand new box.
Why would Apple put a brand new iPad in a plain brown box? The answer to that would be, they wouldn't.
Once again - just my opinion.
