How do I change my Apple ID when I go into iTunes. It seems when I log into apple web site it recognizes my new Apple ID, but iTunes does not. How do I change my iTunes Apple ID?

Have you change your apple id on your iphone?
settings - store - apple id - sign out - then log back in with desired id.

Assuming you mean your iTunes Store account ID:
Settings > Store > tap ID > sign out > sign in with new ID

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I have no idea where this user came from, but I need to update my apps and get this user off my computer. The users email is locked, it is grey in colour and I can not get it off. I've tried my system settings and the app store, logging in does not change the fact that there is a strange email there. I need help, please! I don't know if this is a hack or what, I brought my computer into the shop to get some work done so it may be their account, I just need the account removed.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store alert. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.

The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)

When I try to sen an email messsage to my printer, an error message appears that states, that the message was rejected by the recipient domain. The error that the other server returned was. 550 5505.7.1 Command rejected (state 18).
I have carried out all the instuctions, that the printer intructons stated that I should do, but to no avail. Pease help.

Could you tell me what device you are using to send the print job? Here are some generic steps to resolve the issue.
1. First you need to cancel your email account on the mobile device.
2. Then you can recreate the same email account.
3. Try sending a job again and see if this works.
Other things that may help resovle the issue is to remove delivery confirmation and read reciepts, and make sure that only one email account is on the phone.
If these steps don't fix the issue, let me know about the device that is being used and I will try to help you further.

Tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and log out of the account, and then log back in with the updated version of your account so as to 'refresh' the account on it (you updated your existing account with a new email address, you didn't create a new account ?).

You can try it lumaw, for the sake of testing to see if that new account is still stuck at Singapore but I've seen this a lot where two IDs cause a bevy of purchase/redownload/authentication issues.
