Hi, My Apple ID was Disabled and i don't know why.
I have latest software udate for apple on my Win PC and on my old iPhone 3G.
I've not bought anything for a long time, just log in to iTunes from time to time on my PC.
I've bought new iPhone 4s and log in with my old Apple ID and i went to app store and tried to buy a FREE app but it show me this:

I've been an iTunes user for many many years, since about 2003. In all that time, I had to contact iTunes support more times than I can remember and there has never been a time when they didn't contact me and get my problem resolved.
I find it very hard to believe that you contacted Apple support four different times and each of those times, you never got a response.
Contacting them through email is your only option and if you don't try, you won't get any help.

Can you set up a new I Tunes account, but still use the same email address, as having problems with it keep telling me it has been disabled, no matter what I do to chnage the passwords, I haven't used the account since 2010?

You should have no need to use the Old Sync account.
As long as device or devices are Firefox 29 or later (They should all be Firefox 30 now) you should use the New Sync.
You may use the same email address with both accounts.

HT5622 I have changed my e mail address and whilst this has been changed in the Apple web site I do not know how to change it on my i Pod, I tunes and I Cloud.

I have changed my e mail adress and notified my Apple id but I do not know how to remove the old one and add the new one to my I Pod touch / I tunes and I Cloud.

Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back
Same for:
- Settings>iCloud
- Settings>Game Center
- SettingsFaceTime
- Settings>Messages>Send and Receive

I am about to pull my hair out. My itunes account has been disabled............or at least that's what it says everytime I want to update my apps....I can't do it. Then it sends me to a useless web address www.apples.com/itunes/storesupport/forassistance it never helps me. I've changed my password, etc. But I can't get my apps updated or the "Apple" in the sky to fix it...I don't know where to go for customer service....Any suggestions?

I updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song. Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.

My apple ID is associated with an old email I never use. My current email was set as my rescue email, so I could not make that my new Apple ID. I have changed my rescue email to another email address and verified it, but when I now try to update my apple ID it still says I cannot use that email address becuase it's my rescue email address, even though it is not. HELP!

That usually means it's associated with another ID or used somewhere else.

You will have to contact iTunes support. Click support at the top of the forums and then on the page that opens, click on contact us on the bottom left.

I ended up with two iTune accounts. One has been disabled. i changed the password but it still is coming up disabled. This account was from when I was living in the US. I now live in Canada and have a Canadian account. I want my purchases from the US.

I understand I can't merge accounts. I don't know why this account is disabled but it is likely thatt I mixed up the password for this account with my more recent account. Anyone have an other idea?

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

I've got remember passwords activated but have changed one of my passwords and had to remove it from the list. It's not offering the option to remember the password for this site any more. help!

It doesn't offer to remember the new password whether I login when that side is still on the list of those with saved passwords, or whether I delete that site from the 'saved passwords' list first. It just...doesn't offer the option to save the password. How can I fix this???

Some sites like PayPal and bank sites use autocomplete="off" to prevent Firefox from saving and filling in the name and the password.
If a site uses autocomplete="off" then look at this article for a bookmarklet to remove that autocomplete attribute and Firefox will offer to store the name and password.
