I have lost my iphone 5 and i got the new one now and there is anyway i can get all the picture and sms from the old phone?

Once you have installed it on your computer open the program and it finds your itunes backup and lets you look at it to see messages and photos and other information

Look under iTunes>Preferences>Devices...is there a backup listed for her phone? First thing done when you sync is an iPhone backup. If you have not synced since screwing her phone up, restoring from that backup(if it exists) should restore her content. Do not sync after you restore her phone, eject it. So, first disable auto-sync on that same device pane in iTunes before you proceed. If this doesn't work, is your sister bigger than you? If so, run 'cause her data is gone .

i got a new iphone and all they could transfer was my contacts. they said if i go on my computer i can get all my pictuers and music back only if i recently plugged in my privious iphone to itunes, which i did two days earlier. they said it shhoulod be backed up on itunes. how do i get my pictures and music back? helppppp!
Sync the content to the device the same way you always have.
Or maybe it would be a good idea to read the manual and understand the proper way (according to Apple) to use the device. -

Only if you installed "Find my iPhone" prior to the loss, you could be able to log into iCloud and track or remotely erase your device. If you did not install and activate your account in iCloud, there is no other way to do that.

I had alot of work on my computer from school and after I downloaded maverick I had to force shut down the computer becasue it wasn't loading. After that when i booted it up, EVERYTHING got deleted and is there anyway I could get it back? I'm pretty new to software and stuff, this was a computer less than 3 months old and I don't know much about computers, so it'd be great if anyone could help out!

well i think u really lost ur work and data, so u need to redo again all the stuff...
and that's the reason i haven't upgrading my OS, bcoz I have the same issue I'm affraid that all my third apps lost.
next time u should buy HDD Ext so u can backup through time machine before upgrading OS. -

That is stealing. Your friend has no right/licence to give the songs to you. It violates copyright law.

in the beginning my ipod was working fine and then came to a point that i can only use it while it is connected to a charger. my brother went to go fix it so then everything was working fine. & a month or two later the apps on my ipod would stop working . i would open it but then they would just shut back down. & i told my brother about it and he said all i had to do was reset the ipod. so he did that and the apps where working fine. then 10 minutes later i pressed one of the apps and the ipod turned white and shut off. now all it does it shoes the apple then it goes white and turns off again. i really want to get my pictures back because they are important.

I dropped a 15 LIB weight on my iphone5. The phone tuners on and gets texts, calls and the alarm still works. I cannot use the screen at all and have never connected it to my computer or download icould. I want to know if there is any way I can get my information off of the phone.
Did you set it up to unlock with fingerprint reader? If so that may still work. If so see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device to enable you to backup everything from the device before getting it repaired or replaced.

If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

If you were not syncing the contacts in your phone with a contact manager or cloud service, there is no way to get them from the car to the phone other than manually re-entering them in the phone.

No, sorry. The only way to do anything remotely would be to have the find my iPhone setting active in your iCloud account on the device. If that setting has been disabled, then there is no way to track nor to send commands to the iphone remotely (it would be like trying to turn on a light from a switch that has no wires connecting the switch to the light).

While synching my iPhone, a box popped up and said that so many of my contacts are going to change. That happened before and my contacts and my wifes contacts ended up in each others phones. You should have been sycning them with your computer all along. Sync them from your computer back to the iphone.
