I can not downloadbbm or anything else because its telling me to verify my apple id but this has been done and iv signed in to apple..how do i resolve this anyone know please

I was using Fire Fox and I got the message "Fire Fox is not Responding". I tried waiting for it but after 20 minutes I closed it down. i need to get my brothers itunes off his old phone i already reset it to factory settings but its still telling me i have to enter the apple id and password and we dont know it and doesnt remember the information that he put in itunes to do it
I guess that the only problem is, that the iphone is already connected / related (or whatever... I´m german) to an apple ID. and if he could go in the ITUNES account, he/they could get rid of that by DISCONNECTING

If you are having issues receiving the email verification for your security questions, you may find the following article helpful:

If you still haven't received the email from Apple, you can sign in to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com) to resend your rescue email address. I have been receiving charges from apple itunes and nothing has been purchased. When I look at the charges on my online banking a phone number is provided, but when I call that number it tells me to go to the web site. Trying to talk to someone live is a nightmare. How do I get ahold of someone to help me with these charges before they start to really negatively effect my bank account?
You've checked the purchase history on your account to see what app(s) they are from ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. And you haven't got any auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098 ?
If you haven't made them, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them, then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

Can you explain the problem in more detail - "not allowing me to access" isn't clear to me. If you get any errors, please give the full wording. If you just don't seem to have any useful functions under TOOLS, make sure you are NOT still running Adobe Reader.

How do i up date my apps? i have 8 updates for apps but its still giving me my old username and wants my old password when i go to update. i have restored and everything works except when i go to update the apps. ican access all other info with new username and password. when i go to update the 8 apps that need to update it shows my old username and is askinf for old password.
- You have to sign into the account that purchased the app in order to update the app.
- If there are more than one app that needs updating and they were purchased by different accounts you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased with one account.
- Also, if you changed your password you have to go to Settings>Store and sign out of the account and sign back in with the updated password. -
I have been using gmail Id and that has been changed by someone into a hotmail apple id whenever I wanted to sign into my account. I am really really troubled a lot. I have also successfully created another apple ID and password after a lengthy process and tried to go and get downloads, I was asked for my apple id and again the same problem came back and I couldn't be able to use my new account and use apple downloads from iTunes , etc. please, help me as soon as possible. Apss are forever tied to the Apple ID under which they were originally purchased. If you forgot the password to your original Apple ID, you can retrive it here:

Games and media are forever tied to the AppleID used to download them.
Either log in under the old ID to update Candy Crush or delete the game and
then download it under the new ID. All in-app purchases and progress will be lost.

That second one sounds like malware.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.<br />
