My husband and I share an i cloud account but each have our own separate ipads. We were told this would work, but now I can't find a book that I've downloaded on my ipad anymore. Where would I find it?
You and your husband can share a store account and still have seperate iCloud accounts for your contacts, bookmarks and stuff like that. Click here for instructions to make an apple account without entering a credit card. Make sure you use a different email address for each apple account.
Set up your iPhone/iPad whatever using the new account for iCloud. Then go into settings/store and sign in with your purchasing account, you may need to sign out of the other account. To the best of my knowledge, your household is allowed to share purchased legally, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Once you each have your own devices set to your own accounts you can set them to backup to that account and it will keep all your contacts seperate. -

If you are updating via wifi then connect the iPod to your computer and try there. And the other way around too.

I see other people have this problem and hope there is a solution. My Firefox browser is stuck on 16.0 and nothing happens when I try to update. It seems to download, but I'm still on 16.0. I have tried every which way to update my browser. Now my bank (online banking) is saying I have to update to continue with them. Please help. (computer: MAC 10.6.8)
If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

I have an apple ID that i have associated with my account but I want to change it to another ID that I just created. I needed to create this new ID so that both my wife and I can use the ID for our shared iTunes account and then we each have our own apple IDs with our own calendars, contacts, etc.Change it on what way ? You can update the primary email address on an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device and signing into the account, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com
If you want to log out of the account so that you can log in with a different account then tap on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store if using an iOS device and sign out, or on a computer's iTunes use the Store > Sign Out menu option. Any content downloaded by the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account, so only that account will be able to redownload it and/or download updates to its apps -

I have a very faint memory of problem when adding two or more voice over to one project - but it can all be just a bad dream. (It's a function I never use - I use a miniDV Camera or other recorder to do my narrative - then import this as .aiff audio and use this in my movies as any other audio without any problems - so it's a totally different way to handle audio in all)

You need to use the credentials for the iCloud account that was used to turn on the Find my iPhone service.

If you've been walking around for 2 years with someone else's account set up for Find my iphone, then you'll have to get hold of that individual. If you can't, there is no way to bypass activation lock. -
