My card declined and now I am unable to download free apps it keeps on asking for payment, how do I fix it
Go to this Apple Support page:

Sign in to your Apple ID and correct the problems with your credit card.
An approved form of payment is required in your account even though the apps are free.

I am unable to download free apps on my iphone,it ask for credit info.When i try to download it's telling me (There is a billing problem with a previous purchase)So i went into my account.It's showing a purchase inside of pokerist.com which i never made.I have a outstanding balance of 33.00 which i do not have.I only use that card to activate my account, that's why the payment didn't go threw.I do not use that account.So please can someone fix my account so i can get my life back.PLEASE
If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

When you add a gift card balance to the Apple ID, it's available for the Apple ID.
Probably best to create unique Apple ID's for each... this will also make things easier in the future as purchases are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with. -

Try using these instructions and create a new account. You have to use an email address not used with Apple before.

Are you currently in the country where your iTunes account is based ? You won't be charged for downloading free apps (some free apps do then allow you to make in-app purchases to unlock extra features, though you can turn that off via Settings > General > Restritions > In-App Purchases 'off'), but if you add or change the credit card details on your account then you are likely to receive a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - that should disappear within a few days or so.

I went to apps store and try to download free application on my iPod touch (4th generation). Then when I sign in, I have missing information like the payment mode, even though its free appliction and I dont have even Credit Card or Visa to finish filling it up. So thats why I cannot download free application.. HELP ME ASAP.
Have you created the account? If yes, the following procedures cant be applied. You have to open a new account for this to work!
In your PC:
1.Open iTunes and navigate to App Store!
2. Sign-out of Apple ID.
3. Upon seeing a free app, you'll notice that a button named FREE is displayed beneath so when you click it, it downloads automatically.
4. Click it, now a dialog box opens up asking you to provice your Apple login details, in that box you'll notice the option named CREATE AN ACCOUNT, click it and create a new ID.
5. On the payment page, there will be an optin named NONE, select it and complete the registration.

Help me i just bouth 2 mini ipads and now everythig my daugher download in one mini is downloading in the other and in my ipad 2 we have the same apple id for the 3 ipads
Do two things:
1. In Settings > iTunes & App Stores, turn off automatic downloads for Apps.
2. Assuming you sync using iTunes, turn off the automatic app syncing on the App tab when you have the iPads connected that should not receive the downloads. -
My iPad mini ran out of battery yesterday and now won't turn on at all. How do I resolve this?
When the battery goes flat it can 15 to 20 minutes of charging to then be able to get a response from it, but if you've charged it for longer than that they it should have picked up some charge. Have you got a different charger or cable that you could try just in case there is a problem with either of those - an iPhone or iPod charger will work with the iPad, but as they are lower power will take longer.

I was unable to purchase paid apps and was getting the message that "your transaction was declined" and today I am even not being able to download free apps/games from the itunes store. Whenever I click a free app I am being taken to the billing info page and I get the same old message.
I was able to download free apps until today. Please help.To purchase apps, even free apps you need a valid payment method. It appears that you do not have a valid payment method associated with your account. You need to add one.

Try: App Store>Featured>Collections>New to the App Store>Scroll down>Apps Made by Apple...do they show free here?
