hi im trying to find my saved photos on my iphone 5 i cloud account but dont know where to start, any help please?

Navigate to Settings > General > Software Update and install any updates available.
Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all contents and settings on the device you want to restore.
When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from.

You can delete photo stream photos from iCloud by just deleting them on your iPod. My photo stream photos are automatically deleted from iCloud after 30 days anyway. Just so you are aware, deleting photo stream photos doesn't free up any space in your account as they don't use your personal iCloud account storage.
You can't delete music from iCloud because the music isn't stored in your account; it's stored in the iTunes store. What you are seeing are links to your previously purchased music in the iTuens store, allowing you to redownload them if you want to. You can't remove anything from your list of previous purchases. If you don't want to see these "iTunes in the Cloud" purchases in your song list, go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn off Music under Show All. Hello, when I go into settings on my iphone 4 and click on iCloud, I get a message on the screen saying "photos for the iCloud account 'iCloud' cannot be accessed. Try resetting it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then releasing.

There is no "Online Gallery" feature in iCloud.
You can use photostream instead to snyc your pictures across your devices, but not to the internet.

Because there is no iCloud photo viewer. You need to move them to your computer or your iOS device to view them. Photo stream is just a mechanism to share photo's across multiple devices - it is not an online permanent storage, nor an online viewer feature.
Photo stream storage space is not even part of your personal iCloud account - it is separate, intended for temporary (max. 30 days) storage of photos solely to allow you to copy them onto other devices.

I recently switched back to iPhone when the iPhone 6 Plus came out. I had the iPhone 4s before I got an android so it's been a while since having an iCloud account. I could not think of my password when logging into my iCloud account when starting up my new phone so I created a new iCloud account. I FINALLY figured out my old password and was able to log in my old 4s phone and see my old photos and thought "WOW I need to save these somewhere." I cannot figure out how to get them off on my old iCloud account... I logged into my old iCloud account on my desktop and did not see those photos though. I have photos on the old iCloud that cannot be replaced, such as photos of family members who have passed away since, PLEASE HELP.
Is there a way to transfer photos over to my new iCloud account from my old one?

If the contents that accumulated on the new phone while the spell of Alzheimer went away is not indispensable, perhaps the quickest way would be to reset and wipe the phone then reregister it to the original iCloud account so you would get all your old content/apps/etc. back.

It's the current photos that I'm after - I thought thats what Photo Stream did.
Therefore I presume that means that only Albums or inidvidual photos can be shared?

I think I misunderstood your situation. I thought your device was already signed into an old iCloud account and you were trying to change it to a newer one.
If your device is not signed into an iCloud account and you wish to create one, go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account and turn on the data you wish to sync with iCloud and choose Merge with iCloud when prompted. If you want to use photo stream, go to Settings>iCloud>Photos and turn on My Photo Stream (also turn on Photo Sharing if you which to share your photos with others). If you want to back up to iCloud, tap Storage & Backup and turn on iCloud Backup. Your device will automatically back up daily when it is connected to wifi and your charger and you screen is locked (such as by connecting it to your charger when you go to bed). You can also start a backup manually by tapping Back Up Now. Note: this creates a device backup, it does not sync your data with iCloud.
After you enable photo stream, photos added to your camera roll will automatically be uploaded to your photo stream when you are connected to wifi, the camera app is closed, and you have at least 20% battery life remaining. Photos that are on your device before turning on photo stream are not added to your photo stream; only new photos are.

Try a restart.
Do a backup, using either Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure files/data can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If the problem is still there, try booting into the Safe Mode using your normal account. Disconnect all peripherals except those needed for the test. Shut down the computer and then power it back up after waiting 10 seconds. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. When you reboot normally, the initial reboot may be slower than normal. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application un-installer. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

You can access photo stream photos from the last 30 days by setting up iCloud on your computer and enabling photo stream (see https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/). If you backed up your iPhone, you can recover your camera roll photos by restoring the backup to a replacement iPhone or iPod Touch.

I am not sure of any privacy settings for photo share.
The only option would be to not use photo share, but instead to use iCloud photo share, that way you can choose to share or not.
