HT5622 Trying to upgrade my iphone but am stuck  at the Terms and Conditions.  It will not go any further.

Trying to upgrade my iphone but it will not go pass the Terms and Agreement page.  Any suggestions?  Thank you

You must scroll down until you see the Agree button.  Even after you Agree, another pop-up may ask you to Agree again.

    completely switch off your ipad with pressing the top power button  really long and then swipe the red swiper at the top. Then turn your  ipad back on, skip the icloud login screen and you should be good!  That's what i did so should work for you too

    Activation issues are almost always the result of a device that has been hacked or jailbroken.  If that is the case, no support can be provided here.

    I have tried restoring the phone, but I can't proceed with that until "find my iphone" has been turned off. I turned off "find my iphone" in icloud.com, but that message is not getting to the phone, because the phone is not connecting because the operating system is not activated becasue I can not accept the terms and conditions. arrrhhh!

    When trying to do an update for Settings on my iPad I had to change my password.  Having done that I am now stuck at 'Terms and Conditions  My iPad is locked down it will not let me 'agree' and I can't get out of the procedure.

    Reset iPad and continue with update
    Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
    Note: Data will not be affected.

    Apple Mobile Device is working if one of your iOS devices is recognized.

    And as a last-ditch effort perform a reset via the "Erase All Content and Settings" option, just be sure to backup to iCloud first.

    If you do end up resetting the device be sure to test it before restoring from the iCloud backup (that is, Setup as new iPhone - you can then still restore data later). This will eliminate any software variables that might be causing a conflict.
    Also look at trying different USB cables & USB ports on your Mac.

    Tjhis problem is typically resolved with a reset.
    The reset did not work?
    Did you hold both buttons without letting go until the Apple logo appeared?
    If so then you will need to connect it to iTunes and restore.

    There isn't a way - at least not that I have found.  I'm having an issue with this as well - seems like a shoddy sort of business practice.  I refuse to enter my credit card number to download a FREE app.  I'm encouraging the user community that has a problem with this to please post your opinion as well.  I know this is a use community, but I have to think that Apple will take notice when an issue gets a lot of attention.  Apple needs to hear your voice.
