    you need to contact the iTunes store support for that.
    1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
    2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
    3. select a topic and a subject
    4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
    5. fill out the form and explain your situation
    6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

    Have you tried signing out of both apps on ALL of your devices and then sign in again? If you have an iPhone, sign in again with that one first, so that your phone number will appear as a contact choice on all of you other devices.

    It would turn off on its own then just start charging it again

    If you've tried contacting the developer and not had a response then you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Purchased apps won't appear in iTunes, even though they are in my account

    Hi.
    I switched to Windows 7 (clean install), installed iTunes and my purchased iTunes apps won't show up, neither in the library nor in the left hand column where you can sync with the ipod (touch). And yet the programs do appear on the list of purchased programs when I look into that on my account.
    One thing is peculiar: iTunes states that this is my 3rd of 5 allowed PC's (and it used to say my 2nd of 5 while running the same PC with Vista).
    Is there any way to re-get these programs (and updates!) back active?

    Did you back up those apps before you did the clean install of Windows 7 and then copy them back into iTunes? If not, then they won't be there on the system so they won't show up. You need to either restore those apps from your backup or go through the purchase process again for each app; if you purchased them once, you won't be charged a second time even though it will look like it will until you actually download.
    iTunes states that this is my 3rd of 5 allowed PC's (and it used to say my 2nd of 5 while running the same PC with Vista).
    This is often the case when you reinstall the OS without deauthorizing the computer from the iTunes Store first. Take a look at this Apple support article; it may help:

    The easiest way to fix your app problems is to use your computer and iTunes. Download the updated apps and sync. All fixed. Do that first and then we will work on your Wifi problem.

    In the Editor use File >> Save As
    Choose a different file name and click OK
    Then do: File >> Close
    That will unlock it in Organizer.

    - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.

  • I've updated to Firefox 7.01, and now Flash Player 11 doesn't work, even though everything says that it's been successfully installed on Firefox. What to do?

    I've downloaded Flash Player 11.0.1.152 for non-IE browsers from the Adobe Download Center, installed it all fine, says it's successfully installed even on this page:

    But it still tells me to download it when I try to play YouTube videos, BBC iPlayer, etc. I'm on Windows 7 64-bit, though that shouldn't be a problem since the installer says that it includes both 64-bit and 32-bit versions (which should suit the 32-bit Firefox 7.01 just fine).

    Problem fixed. Had to uninstall Flash from the control panel and then reinstall.
