Depending on why it's been disabled, you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If that doesn't work then you might need to re-contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it. -
Every time I try to buy a song, a message pops up stating "Your Apple ID has been disabled." That's it. Nothing else. I have changed and reset my email, password, security questions, and billing info. The message still pops up. I am just trying to buy some music. Any ideas?

I need to enable my password. It was disabled due to too many wrong entries. I reset it several times and I can log on to my account info but can't make purchases. The message is " your Apple ID has been disabled" Apple support will only help if I pay $29.00. Help!
Hi David , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.

when Trying to download or update apps I got "your apple id has been disabled" and I had reset my password for three times
If you are receiving a message that your iTunes account has been disabled and resetting your password does not resolve the issue, then you will need to contact iTunes Store Customer Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

You need to contact iTunes support and send an email by following the link I posted.

i used to have an ipod i downloaded tons of songs from apple then i moved to iphone4 i made a new id. today i decided to take a look at my old Apple ID and i saw all my old songs. i tried to re-download them and it said "Your Apple ID has been disabled" please help. my password is not an issue i put in new payment method PLEASE HELP
1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to. -

HELP!!!! - "Your Apple ID has been disabled"
When I try to download and install an app on my iphone 5, I am getting the following message. "Your Apple ID has been disabled".. I went through the iphone settings and used iforgot to reset/change my applie ID. After the reset/change I could go via my PC and sign on to the Apple Store but I am still not able to download and install an app on my iphone 5. I still get the message "Your Apple ID has been disabled". Does anyone have a fix for me?
When iTunes provides the user with the message that your apple id has been disabled this is giving the user the message that for whatever reason the apple id login has been disabled from using the itunes store or app store.
Please contact apple support at 800MYAPPLE and ask for itunes support to enable your apple id. IF there is an issue with an outstanding balance with the itunes store you will be asked to take care of this prior to having your apple id login in enabled. You will not know specifically what the issue is until you contact the itunes store.

I reset the AppleTV to the default setting and restarted it.
But this will not go away. How do I fix thisWell, I think I fixed the problem. It seems to have had to do with my confusion over the multiple Apple ID's I'd accumulated over the years AND the fact that the attached email contact address on the primary account was my gmail address. Once I changed the email account associated with the ID to a non-gmail address, it seemed to do the trick.
