Here is some details about my problem ...
First of all I have forgot my iPhone's pincode so it has been locked , So I have been asked for my iCloud account and password to unlock it .
I know my iCloud account but i forgot its password , So I tried to reset it using the both ways (e-mail and security questions) , I forgot them also .
I have iPhone 4 S , latest version and I still remember my Apple ID with its password , if that helps .

Your iCloud password is the same as your Apple ID password. When you say you remember your Apple ID with its password, are you indicating that you have a separate (and second) Apple ID used for your iCloud account? If so, and you need the Security Questions reset, contact Apple Support to have them reset them for you:

When you say you forgot your iPhone's PIN code, what code do you mean? Did you restore it and it is now asking for your iCloud password to turn off Find My iPhone, or are you talking about the 4-digit code that you can set on your Lock screen? If you are indicating you restored it, and you need the iCloud password, then the instructions provided above are what you need. If you are talking about your Lock screen code, then you need to follow these instructions:

When I set up my new iCloud email I thought I used my apple I'd but when I go into setting the password has less characters than my apple I'd password and I can't remember what I put (even though it was only 2 days ago) how do I reset it?

You should be signing in with the ID you use to sign into iCloud, not its email address.
If you still have the same issue, try entering the birthday one day earliert if you are not in the USA (time zone difference). Failing that, you will need to contact Support.

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support (MobileMe Support is no longer available) and you will probably be asked to pay a fee - you could try asking them to handle it free, sometimes they do.

If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:
ACTIVATION LOCK
It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

Do you have access to old emails or could you ask a friend to provide you information about your iCloud ID? If not, do you rember your ID for "Find My iPhone", because it could be the same ID as for iCloud. I think , you shoul backed up your data on icloud , if you , you can restore everything , if you forgot icloud id and no way to get it , i think you lost everything ...

Check your spam mail. If you have more than one email address verified with that apple id that email will go to the rescue email.

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about iCloud email. I stayed away from iCloud email and only use iCloud for limited purposes.

If you bought the machine new yourself, and did not enter a password when configuring it, leave the field blank.
If you bought it used, then you need to reset the password, as described here:
