HT5625 log in issues iTunes Connect

I'm having trouble logging into iTunes connect to link my iPhone and iMac.  I've never done this before.  It is not recognizing my apple ID and is asking me security questions I don't recognize.  I'd rather not reset the ID/PWs.
I assume this takes the ID/PW as my iphone but it's not working.

I think your first action is to sort out access to your account and edit the details and then set about adding your devices.

  • Submission issues iTunes Connect

    Hi, I have just received a negative Apple review result after having submitted my folio to iTunes Connect. "We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad running iOS 8 and iPhone 5s running iOS 8". My first question is: why does Apple test an iPad folio/app (that's what we get in Indesign DPS, don't we?) on an iPhone device? Doesn't the bindery we upload include information on what device it has been designed for (i.e. iPad)? My second question refers to the iOS version. I had, indeed, tested my developer and then the distribution version on an iPad running iOS 7 (just a few weeks ago, before submitting it for the review of the App Store). Now that the new software iOs 8 has been released, Apple (understandably) tests it on iOS 8 and it turns out, my folios do not load on iOs8. Is that always the case?? I have just downloaded iOS 8 and it does not load the app when I click on the icon of my previously tested and working folio.

    How long ago did you build your app? Is it a Single Edition app or a multi-issue app?
    If it is multi issue make sure you built it September 13th or later. See http://status.adobedps.com/?p=732.
    If it is single edition make sure you built it September 19th or later. See Re: Problem with single edition App v32
    The comment in their rejection notice regarding iPhone sounds more like a generic statement from them rather than that they tested specifically on iPhone. If you built a multi issue application then you got to pick what devices you supported when you made the app (it's the first step on App Builder). If you are building a Single Edition app then it is iPad only and will not run on iPhone so they couldn't possibly have tested it on iPhone.

    I have created an app for school, and I would like to put it on Itunes. I am doing this for the first time and i'm not sure how I upload it. My account won't let me sign into itunes connect and I was wondering if I have to have a special account that is paid or something?

    To use iTunes Connect, you have to be a iOS or Mac paid developer. See > http://developer.apple.com In your case, you need a iOS developer account, that costs $99 and gets you access to iOS beta versions and iTunes Connect to upload your apps to the App Store.
    After getting your iOS developer account, you will be able to upload the app to iTunes Connect

  • ITunes Connect login issues.

         I recently enrolled in the iOS Developer program. I did this so I could start designing apps, however iTunes Connect says my account doesn't have permission to enter. I'm trying to learn how to intergrate Game Center into my apps, but I need to log in to iTunes Connect to complete the tutorials I'm currently doing. I purchased the license yesterday, and I figured it might have been saying this because Apple had to approve my registration. I feel like that shouldn't take this long though. Now I'm wondering if I purchased the correct software to access iTunes Connect, or if I messed something up while registering. If anyone could assist me, it would be greatly appreciated:)

    Hello,
    since today morning, I cant log into my iTunes Connect account. The page just loads for ever. I need to re-upload an app, but thats rather impossible. After a few minutes it says:
    Gateway Timeout
    The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
    I am located in Germany, anyone has the same issue?

    I have the same issue from France since today morning.

    I've logged into my iTunes Connect account
    I want to ask iTunes Connect how to have my account name changed from my personal name to my company's name
    I clicked on the iTunes Contact Us module.
    I get a page that reads:
    "Please select the most relevant options from the dropdown menu(s) to help us precisely identify your issue. You may click on the "Start Over" button at any point within Contact Us to return you to the first Contact Us screen.
    1.Please choose from the following topics:"
    The drop-down menu says "PLEASE SELECT"
    That's all.
    There's nothing to select.
    There are two buttons - START OVER and DONE
    I tried clicking both of them individually.
    Nothing.
    There is no way to contact iTunes Connect support.
    What's going wrong?

  • How long does it take to get approved to sell iBooks through iTunes Connect?

    I have applied to sell iBooks through iTunes Connect. After asking for my Legal Entity, Tax ID, etc, it said my application was sent and is being processed. That was about 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything since. I'm wondering if there's a status page or something to see if it's still processing. I tried to email [email protected] to ask what was taking so long and haven't had any response. I'm just hoping I get something worked out by the end of two more weeks. I have a show I'm going to and I really wanted to advertise this iBook.

    I finally received an email saying I'm activated! (after 4 months!). I guess it's just when they've gotten around to it

    Hey there,
    I've tried to create an iTunes connect account through our business ------- with my ---------- apple ID and I haven't heard anything back. On April 4th, I received an email saying my Tax I.D. was invalid and that I should try to correct it. I corrected it that day and am still waiting. Can you please help me get this resolved or tell me what more I need to do to qualify to distribute iBooks on the market?

    New & unexpected message while logging in to iTunes Connect. In this case not able to log in.
    I've had an account for years. No need to set it up. I did not receive an email about this kind of disruption at this time.

    This is making me very upset:( Yesterday, I enrolled as a solo apple developer. But trying to login into iTunes Connect simply isn't working. It says, Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect. What does this mean. I cant find anything on the topic except the same thing happening to others. I have apps ready to launch and I am getting very frustrated.

    Got same problem.
    I've changed my log in e-mail, activated it through the link sent to my new e-mail and that's it. I can't log in to iTunes Connect, shows me this error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect".
    I can log in my Developer account, but not in iTunes Connect.
    Also I contacted Apple Developer Program Support through e-mail. They gave me my case number - 665965180. But there were no response since, it's already 2 days of silence.
    I'm little bit scared, just want to know what I need to do to activate log in to iTunes Connect.
    Please help.

    With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
    Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
    (If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
