please i need a help about how to use my iphone again, i bought pairly used, mistakenly i reset it and then i realised that it was linked to another persons id and password which i dont know or how to contact the person, and still i cant evan see the full email adress of the person which i think i could have contact him directly. so does that means i can no more longer use the phone again? please i need help, am a student from khartoum sudan.

Both the button and the total cost appear to have been removed in the current version of iTunes - I don't have them either and other people have posted about it as well. You can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe they'll be added back in a future update : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html

It's unlikely that hackers are the problem, but there's no way of knowing for sure. In the meantime, you've done exactly the right thing: create a new Apple ID (or change the password on your old ID.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

How have you managed to get apps on your phone that are tied to a different and unknown AppleID?
If these apps were not purchased by you, having them is effectively software piracy and you should purchase them using your own AppleID if you want to keep hem.

Right, It is old phone. Did not know the problem when i was buying it. I was very eager to install mobile voip, but that requires at least ios 4.3. And upgrading to 4.3 is not possible for iphone 3g.

If you have a backup in iTunes you can just hover the mouse over the backup to see the serial number.
Open iTunes and mouse over a device backup:
Open Preferences in iTunes. (In Mac OS X, choose iTunes > Preferences. In Windows, choose Edit > Preferences.)
Click the Devices tab.
Position the mouse over a backup to display the phone number, serial number, and IMEI or MEID of the backed-up iPhone.

OS X is the name of the operating system I've been using since 2001.
Each new version gets a new name and a higher number.
First version was 10.0 (Chettah) and it cost $129. 10.1 was free but 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5 cost the same.
10.6 (Snow Leopard) was the last version to ship in a DVD. It cost $29 as did 10.7 and 10.8 which were digital downloads.
10.9 (Mavericks) is a free download and is installed on all new machine purchases.
Apple has always included the iLife apps with each machine purchase. With the introduction of 10.9 the iWorks suite (Pages, Numbers and Keynote) are also included with a new machine purchase at no charge.
Look in the HD / Applications folder for your iWork and iLife apps. You shouldn't have to download anything but updates.
