I downloaded ios 7 over the summer and now that ios 7 id offically out i cant get on my phone! Itsay need to be a registered iphone developer ! please help me fix this

Copy the iTunes folder from the disk to the Mac, and the iPhone backup to the right place on the Mac (Google for "iphone backup location"). Then when you restore you can reload the last backup.
