HT5688 How do I sent a refund request if I have accidently purchased the wrong product?
I recently purchased an Economics and Business revision book throught the iBooks app for my exams. After downloading I realised that the book I had bought was about the wrong exam board and therefore the content was not relevent to the exam I will be sitting; I had accidently bought an AQA guide rather than an Edexcel one which I require. I have reported this problem within minutes to the Apple Store and should receive a refund over the next 24 hours.
I hope to receive my refund shortly so that I can correct my pruchase. However, it goes to show how easy it is to buy something online that you don't want - I wil be more careful in the future before tapping that 'Purchase' button.
There is a ridiculous amount of spam on here, I'm going to have to bump every so often.

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :

and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully. Afterwards, when I am trying to update the pending apps in App Store on my phone, in order to sign in to iTunes Store I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID which definitely does not belong to me ('[email protected]'). Of course, I don't know this password and, consequently, I can't connect to Itunes Store on my Iphone. As a result my Viber and Facetime are not active in the meanwhile. What should I do? You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.

I have just purchased the new iPad with the camera connection kit. I just want to be able insert my SD card into the Pad and view my photos, not import them.Can this be done and how? Please advise. Thank you.

No, this canot be done, afaik. When your camera or card is connected, you will see the thumbnails in the camera pane, but not full size preview. So to browse your photos on the iPad you will need to import them to your camera roll. But you need not delete them from the camera or card after importing, so you might simply import selected photos to your camera roll from the camera grid and then delete them again from the camera roll after importing and browsing, without removing them from the card/camera.

Swipe through your screens and swipe to the left of your Home screen. Type in App Store in the search field. It's a permanent pre installed Apple app so it can't be deleted.
If you can't locate it on the iPad for some reason, connect the device to your computer. Right or control click the iPad under Devices left side of the iTunes window then click: Restore from backup -

can someone please tell me how to modify this code so that I dont have to enter the file path at all? When i give the same file path constants to both the read and write VIs I'm getting an error message.

read and write.vi 11 KBYup use the low level File I/O opening the reference once, and closing it once.
As for the path selection you have an unwired input which is the path to use. Programatically set that and you won't be prompted to select a path. Usually this is done with a path constant to a folder, then using the Build Path, to set the file name in that folder.
