If you are set up as a primary library you need to look in my tv shows.
When you say you have reinstalled everything, does that include itunes (if so how did you do that), does it include rebuilding your itunes library.

Screen savers gone after updating Flash
I downloaded the latest Flash and all the Mac screen savers are gone. They're still in the Library but when I try to access Screen Savers it invariably crashes with an error message blaming Flash. When I went back to the older Flash (at least I think I did) there was no sound on Safari or You-Tube.
Is anyone else having this happen? I repaired permissions and verified disc. I'm pretty untutored re: system stuff so be gentle.
Thanks.This isn't a reply - it's an update. I reloaded Flash Player, restarted computer, repaired permissions. Now I have screensavers on one account, the one that comes up at start-up, which is not the one I usually work in.
Is there a way to get them over to the other account, the way they used to be?
Once again, do the Dummies version, please.

Anyone else had this problem?Something appears to have gone wrong while running the updater. Use the MacBook Air's original thumbdrive or the recovery partition(if it's running 10.7 or newer) to repair the internal drive or install a new OS.

i have an ipad mini with ios 7.1.1 it lags a lot and the lower part of the screen is shaky after updating to ios 7.1.1

A bit of advice for you as a new user. Please refrain from making assumptions and using hyperbole. Both get in the way of providing useful support. Not "everyone" has tried the basics, let alone know what they are. That's why they're here. These first steps in troubleshooting often fix the issue being asked. Settings > AirPlay > Conference Room Display > Off.

My guess is that the apps were not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you did the update. Apps )and ther items like music)are nt in the backu that iTunes makes as the first step of the backup.

TV, Movie, and Podcast Favorites Gone after Update?
Has anyone else noticed their "Favorites" gone after updating to the latest software? I did also unplug and do some traveling over the weekend so I'm not sure what exactly caused it but I had to add all my favorites again. I suspect the update did it. Did this happen to anyone else?

If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. You can now go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your correct iCloud ID and password.
If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to have them reset the password so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account. You can either go to https://expresslane.apple.com, select "More Products and Services", then "Apple ID", then on the next page select "Other Apple ID Topics", then "Lost or forgotten Apple ID password" and click "Continue"; or you can contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/). -
After updating my apple tv last night, it has stopped working. The light blinks but there is no input to the tv. I have reset it multiple times, have unplugged it, and it still doesn't work. What can I do?
connect it by usb to your computer and restore it's firmware from itunes on the very same computer

Photo streaming screen saver not working after ATV update
I was using a shared photo streaming album as a screen saver prior to the update. Now, with all options on, it only shows one generic "photo stream" option with zero photos in the file. I have a total of five photo stream ablbus that used to appear as choices.
Any ideas?Thanks to Apple Care, problem solved. I'm one of those people that have two user names and passwords with Apple. When Mobile Me closed, my ICloud username became the old Mobile Me username. I also have my ITunes username and password.
So, to load content from ITunes, I have to be logged in as that user, but to access my Photo Stream, I have to be logged in as my ICloud user.

Software update keeps asking me to update to Safari 5.0.3. even after I do!
