Switch between High Definition and Standard Definition
If your Internet connection is slow or High Definition movies or TV shows take longer than normal to start, try changing your Video Resolution to Standard Definition. From the main iTunes menu, choose Settings > iTunes Store and switch 1080p HD or 720p HD to Standard Definition. Your Movie and TV show purchases and rentals will now be in Standard Definition.

I have a couple of questions. I down loaded a movie when I was not hooked up to wifi or connected to my laptop. I was charged for the movie but I have not been able to down load it or find it anywhere in my account.
Question:
1. Where do I find this movie and how do I get it down loaded to my I Pad?
When I signed in to ask this question I had to go through a lot of sign in problems and also create a user name that is completely different that any of the sing in information that I have used previously. Which create a lot of questions:
1. Why did I have to create a user name that I never had to do before?
2. Will this change the sign in process in the future?

Thank you very much.yes it could well do if your bank thinks there is something going on that is not from you they will block it. I have had this problem before, I would of thought they would of phoned me but they don't do that.
If I was you I would go to my bank make sure they are not doing anything like that. If they say it's all fine then i would phone up apple them self or go into my local apple store, as they should be able to look at what there servers are saying why it's not working. -

How do I get my Avengers music album after I down load the movie? It looks like it is included with the disk set I purchased.
If iTunes Match is turned off, go to preferences > store>Tick box show iCloud purchases. Once done all purchased music will appear. Go to song list view, select all tracks, ctrl+click and select download from pop up.
Alternatively, go into iTunes Store > Quicklinks purchased and select not on this computer. Select download all.

Are you shure this is an ipod shuffle, because the ipod shuffle dsent have a screen. If it is shuffle down load itunes on your computer, plug the headphone/usb that came with it into the ipods headphone port. Then connect the ipod into your computer and i tunes should recagnize it and walk you through every thing elese.

You will not be able to download the video directly to your iphone or iPad.
I suggest you download to your computer to edit.
If you meant to put this on the iMovie Mac forum, then you should re-post there.

I've downloaded a movie on my ipad and I've hooked up my apple tv. Why can't i whatch the movie from my ipad through my apple tv? I tried synching my ipad to see if, when synched, I would see the movie on my computer in itunes. No luck there. What am I doing wrong? Why is it showing in my itunes on my ipad but the movie has disappeared when I look at my itunes on my computer so that I can watch it via Apple TV?
If you rented it directly on the Apple TV then you can't transfer it off and you have it watch it on that - from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1415 :
You can move the rental between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period. However, the movie can only be played on one device at a time. If you rent a movie on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV, it is not transferable to any other device and you must watch it on that device. -

Could you post your diagnostics for us please?
In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:
