    Well it shouldn't take 2 weeks.
    Call Apple to find out what the status is on your refund or you can go to the Apple store and find out what's going on in person.
    Just curious, but why did you return your MacBook?

    In terms of a refund, what does it say on the app's description page in the store (a lot say that refunds aren't given) ?     Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
    You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
    If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

    If the store in your country does allow it, try to download the song again, see this support article:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    Otherwise report a problem with your purchase. Sign into the iTunes Store and view your purchase history  in your account section. Beside the recently bought song should be a link "Report a problem".

    Unfortunately, there are few accounts charged twice this month and we are in a process to refund the amount. I am not sure if your account falls into that category or because of the different reason.
    I would suggest you to wait for 5-7 working days and see if the amount is credited, if not then you can contact our billing department for the same.

    Is a single month student subscription an option, or using another computer?
    The failure to download is owing to the facts that you can only have a trial once, and the Adobe system is based on identifying through the computer.
