I have forgoten my ID password for a cloud email for my daughter. I have tried to use email to authenticate but unable to receive it. I need to direct it to another email or rather have it sent to a secondary mail. i need assiastance

Hi surez,
To password protect a PDF file, you need to use Acrobat. If you don't have Acrobat, you can try it for free for 30 days. See www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html for more information.
In Acrobat, you choose File > Properties when the document is open, and then click the Security tab to set up a password.

ME9F External send - can you program to select different email?

Looks like table ADR6 contains email addresses and table ADRT contains notes which are maintained in XK02. Can you enter multiple email addresses in XK02 and set the note field to "PO Vendor" for one of the email addresses so program ME9F will use this email address when doing an external send? If yes what programs would need to be modified to make this happen?

It depends on how the message is defined:
- you should define a message for PO by transaction NACE with Trasmission Medium equal to 7 (Simple Mail),
- after uploading the message to the PO, the partenr for the message has to be the person (vendor) that the mail has to be sent
In this standard situation the system will use the default address of the partner (vendor): it's the address with flag "Standard Number" set.
Which program? It depends on what you need to send: u can use the program to print the po, in this case u make sure the mail is managed by the program, else u need to change it

Hi Nanda,
You can use 2 reports for this.
In one report just display the ALV..
and in the second report submit this first report to memory and get it html format and then send it as an email.
Just check this code (instead of alv...this is a normal report that is sent as HTML attachment)

My client wanted to have the PO emailed to the vendor.
I could do all the necessary steps to do that. thanks to the earlier posts in SDN for the same. It helped a lot.
I have few other requirements that needs to be addressed.
1.We need to send a 2 liner note in the email along with the PO attachment.
how to put this note in the body of the email ?
2.The PDF PO doc created as attachment to the email has a std name... starting with SAPM....etc...
Can we have PO no as the PDF doc?

Go to messages >> communication method , change the field Cover Page Text with ur po number and send. This is a manual process which you will have to do it for each po.
Now if you want to automate this then you can ask ur abaper to write a small program which will copy the po number to this field.

How do I send invite to same person on different mails

Hi,
I need to send out invitations for an event. I add people in calendar through "Invitees". Problem is that I need to invite some people twice or three times using different addresses i.e. [email protected] + [email protected] + [email protected] As all these e-mail addresses are stored under "Mike" in contacts, it allows me to invite Mike only once. If I try to add the name a second time (alternate e-mail address) the system does not allow me to add the second address. I would have to do it by creating independent contacts for Mike@Work, Mike@home and Mike@gym which would tripple my contact list. Any help?

We have a 'Z' output for a delivery document. The output has the standard RLE_DELNOTE driver program and a Zsmart form assigned to it. We need to send the output as an attachment to email. Can some one please adivice how this can be achieved?

Plz try following steps.
1. Note the spool request No.
2. In T/code SE38, Enter The programme and execute.
3. In sub Object- Click Documentation and then do debuggung.
4.Enter spool request no and desired location and execute.
5. In ABAP Debugger- Use F8 key.
6. Select the desired location and file name and save.
View the desired output in PDF and can be sent through mail.

Not sure what you mean by soft copy attachments. But to help ensure Windows users have no problem coping with attachments from Mail Control+Click on the attachment that displays as an inline image and select 'View as Icon'. Also, in Mail>Edit>Attachments make sure 'Always send Windows-friendly attachments' is ticked.
