Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud.
Click Manage in the lower-right corner.
Click Change Storage Plan in the upper-right corner.
Choose an upgrade, then click Next and enter your Apple ID password.

Verizon wouldn't have any idea how much iCloud storage you have; they don't have access to your account. Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage and tap the name of your phone under Backups. The bottom of the screen will tell you how much storage you have left and Next Backup Size will tell you how much you need to back up.

Any devices connected to the same icloud account can sync all the data on that account. For this reason an icloud account is really for a single user.
On a mac, if each user has their own account, then the itunes for that mac account should be set up to connect to that user's icloud account (System preferences>icloud).

I need help with storage.    5 GB are free.   So iCloud sends an email that I need more.   So I purchase 20GB and now I want to downgrade back to the 5GB.   I can check the 5GB box, but no DONE button appears.   Anyone have an answer?

Newbie Needs Helps With Storage Space

I just recently recieved an ipod for Christmas. My biggest problem is I have an old computer without a lot of space. How do I upload my CD collection without completely maxing out what left of my hard drive?? I don't have any nifty USB portable hard drives or anything. I guess the same question goes for all my downloaded music..
How can I just keep music on the ipod and not on my computer??

Need helpful purchase suggestions!

Swamped with work, from home and need to get wife on her own bookkeeping computer. (I apologize I have no time to research on my own)
1 - I have a G5 (with no airport card, I'll have to get one)
2 - I want her to have a Mini
3 - Want the wireless connection (Airport)
4 - She will grab Quickbooks files over the network (from mine) - and she and kids will surf and play games (little stuff - not graphics intensive, oldest is 9)
I don't understand what I need in an Airport base station.
She will need to print to my printer. And I would like the iTunes option to patch into a home stereo.
Do I have to have both base stations?
I think that is the only question. Please make suggestions or ask questions.

Need help with restore backup from icloud

A few days ago I've deleted data and settings from my iPad and updated it to 8.1.2. Then, I wanted to restore backup from iCloud, but got error, that I can't restore my backup. Tried three last copies, other wifi, many solutions from support - the same error. Support said me, my backups are broken. And they can't help me.
OK. I've found some programs in internet for download backups and restore it. Only trials. And they work, they see my backups, download and show me my data. I need to buy program to restore data to my iPad. I don't want to buy, because, if that programs can restore my data, why Apple support can't do this?

Need help with mi ipad ID iCloud. Please!!!!

My email provider close. Change my email in the apple ID, update the password. However my ipad mini does not work iCloud account. Update the ID, iMessage, FaceTime correctly but NOT to iCloud. No restores because I enter the old password and ID but does not work or give coon new nor old. The ipad does not sync because all the space I remain locked in Other. Please help. If you were still signed into the iCloud on your iPad mini after editing the Apple ID to new email address, it will be necessary to temporarily edit the Apple ID back to your old email address in order to sign out. Please use the directions in the attached article for more information.
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud
Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.

HT204053 Need help getting my music from iCloud match to my new macbook

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro.     I'm finally leaving Wintel behind. Yay!
Anyway, on my soon-to-be history PC, through my iTunes app on the PC, I paid the 29.95 to join iCloud Match, and it spent a few hours syncining all my itunes songs up to iCloud, including a few hours it spent uploading CD-sourced music on my PC that it couldn't match up automatically.    So far so good.
But now, I'm on my new Macbook pro, which came pre-loaded with iTunes, I'm trying to figure out how to assoicate my new MacBook Pro with the library my PC created in iCloud.      Ultimately, I just want to get rid of my PC, and have my new Mac be the device that houses my iTunes librarry, and to which I can attach my iPod from now on to sync with.
What's my next step?    Do I have to pay another 29 bucks via my MacBook to make it a valid device on the iCloud Match account?   Or is there a way I can just log into the new icloud account from my MacBook, to download the library?    I don't mind paying the 29 bucks again if that's what's necessary. That's not the issue.    I just want to start using my Mac as the "conduit to iTunes for my iPod", in the way that my PC used to be, so I can finally dump that PC.
Any suggestions??

Here's an update:   I decided to go through the new Mac, and try to at least Authorize it into my iTunes account throught the itunes app on the MacBook, to see what happened.    Well, I got a message on the Mac that I have exceeded the limit of 5 computers that could be associated with my itunes library.
Most of these are old computers I've long since thrown away.    So, I want to disable them.   But Apple only gives the option, to "Deauthorize All".    Which thereafter, I assume I can just enable the new Mac.    But here's my worry:
When I "deauthorize all" will that have any effect on the integrity of the library I have sitting in iCloud?? By deauthorizing all computers, and then just re-enabling one (my new Mac), is there ANY way in this process that all the songs I've purchased through itunes AND all the songs I've CD-imported on my old computer that were all uploaded to iCloud ---- that nothing will be lost or erased???

I have backed up my iphone from the settings app on my iphone to my icloud acct and I am trying to retrieve my photos and notes. I do not see a place on my icloud home page to find these items. When it was MobileMe it had a photo area on the homepage. Since the change to iCloud I do not see a place...yet it says it backs up everything. So I am confused. I would hate to have to email myself hundreds of photos and notes. Please help- my phone is on it's last legs!

If you are syncing Notes in Settings>iCloud you should find a Notes folder in Mail on icloud.com. Syncing photos requires turning on Photo Stream, but you won't see your photos on icloud.com even if you do. They are only synced to devices connected to your iCloud account with photo stream enabled. To enable iCloud (and Photo Stream on your computer see http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/).
