Now you swipe downward, the app will appear and you delete, keep scolling to the right as in the past. With the new operating system you also swipe downward to get the search bar to find an app

The apps in the multitaskbar should appear like pages on the whole display. To close them, just swipe from the bottom to the top. you can select single apps for closing, when you swipe them like you would swipe your homescreens.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting your device, but it can cure some glitches.

Are the lines like psychedelic herringbone? If yes, I had that happen once, it was something serious, like the
Logic board. The good news is that it was fixed without any loss of data on the hard drive. Take it in to have Apple look at it ASAP. I took it to TekServe at the time, they are very nice about preserving your data and user library when possible.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. I just updated--my Camera is a disaster. Yes, I know how to turn (and position) the Camera now. However, every photo I take is UPSIDE DOWN in the Camera Roll OR Photo Stream. Even worse, a number of my Apps (Weather Underground, for example) are ALSO now upside down. Has anyone here experienced these serious orientation problems after this update? I've read the 'Manual' and its as if it doesn't exist. However, if I leave the Apple site, customer complaints about orientation abound...
This is my first time posting here about an issue (well, the same issue - I posted last week about the Camera, and no one responded). Any advice at all about how to get this corrected is much appreciated!

I used to be able to double click the home button to choose to receive notifications via iPhone speaker instead of the Bluetooth. With ios7, that's gone as well as any obvious way to do it. I don't wear my Bluetooth on my ear every minute of the day!!!!

If you are getting Siri when you double tap, then your home button must be sticking. Siri comes up when you hold the home button. Try tapping quickly twice. When that happens, the multi-tasking list comes up and you will see the app icon and then a thumbnail, or reduced size view of the app above it. You put your finger on that thumbnail and swipe upwards with your finger.
For that issue, you might want to do a reset of the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot. This will not affect your data.

My old PC died and I got a new one. I was able to back up the old PC and downloaded my iTunes library on the new PC. I keep getting a message saying: "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on this iPod. Would you like to authorize this computer for the items purchased from the iTunes store?" I have authorized the new PC, but it continues to ask me over and over, and if I authorize it again, it tells me I already authorized. So frustrating! I deactivated the old PC and activated the new one.
Also, I purchased a song from iTunes store and while it shows in my library on the PC, it won't download to the iPod. Why won't the new song download to the iPod?
Any ideas. suggestions?

After the latest update to FF13, I double click the bookmark button and the window won't open so I can edit.

When I double click the bookmark button (star) a window always drops down so I can edit the bookmark or place it into the folder I want. Now after the latest update to FF13 (june 2012) I can click once and the page is bookmarked to the "unsorted" folder, but when I double click nothing happens. 1) I restarted FF, didn't help 2) I rebooted computer, didn't help.

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. I had 5 extensions installed. I disabled all of them then restarted FF. My bookmark window started working again. Then I enabled each extension one at a time to find the culprit. It was "Compact Menu 2 version 4.3.1". It's a handy extension for me, but I can live without it till they have a version that will work for me. Thanks again.

After the update I don't know how to close running apps? I recall double clicking the main button then hold one app until they begin a jiggling motion. But that no longer works.

You still double tap the home button and the apps are lined up across the screen. Swipe up on the app preview thumbnail - drag it up off of the screen - and that will close the app.

For clarification purpose:
You start by double clicking the Home button to reveal the screen as shown above. You then swipe upwards on the App Previews to clear all recently used Apps and end up with a screen like below?
You then tap the Home button to return to normal screen. Then you immediately double tap the Home button again to see all the recently used Apps as shown in the first picture? If this isn't the procedure you are following, please explain your process, and exactly what you are seeing. Attaching screen shots will help.

After upgrading to iOS 4.3.2 I have noticed that when I double click the home button the multitasking tray pops up when you scroll to the left the ipod shortcut is no longer there, it has been replaced by a safari shortcut. Is this right??

Have you tried rebooting the device? Hold down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen. If this fails, connect it to a power source and try again holding them for at least 20 seconds.
