I have a new computer how do I deauthorize a computer I am no longer using

Individual computers can only be deauthorised directly on them (via the Store > Deauthorise This Computer menu option), but if you have 2 or more computers authorised then you can log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise/reauthorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

you can get your apps back by looking at you download history after signing in in itunes.
for the songs if they were purchased from the itunes store, same method.
if they were just mp3 files dowloaded from somewhere else, unless you have them saved somewhere, sorry man.

If you are just transfering purchased music then when you iPhone is plugged in, right click on the name of it on the left hand side of iTunes, click transfer purchased.
If you want to transfer all media from your iPhone to your computer, if it isn't all purchased through iTunes, then you are going to have to buy software that will do it.

There is no de-authorize process for Lightroom. Just download the latest version and use your License key to authorize on the new computer.

Run ADE (Digital Editions) and choose menu~Library~Authorize Computer.
Sometimes it gets into a confused state and gets half authorised.
In that case, run ADE, enter ctrl-shift-D (cmd-shift-D on Mac) to remove any old authorization, restart ADE, and authorize as above.
