Logically, because unlike you I do not keep my cellular data on at all times as I do not have an unlimited data plan. I only turn on cellular data when I am on the go and I do not have access to a wifi network. Therefore my need for a button in control center that turns on cellular data. And this would be very usefull to other iPhone users outside the US and Canada, where unlimited cellular data plans are not so affordable.

All the people here do not really know because all are just users like you, not from Apple
but ...
there are some apps you can download that monitor the battery percentage more accurately. Some are more reliable than others so you might have to do some research but this could be an option for you

You can not setup a new iCloud account using a PC. You must use an Apple device (Mac or iPhone/iPad) to create the account, then sign into it using your PC.

Trouble is appl no longer sells it, you have to search eBay & such for the full retail version, not any grey Install Disc.

Upgrading to IOS6 was a big, big, big mistake..... I needed the street view feature for travelling about.... What they have in now is crap !!!

I regularly get e-mails (which appear to be legit upon intense scrutiny) from Apple regarding the request for a reset of my Apple ID. Given how often and the timing of these e-mails (spead out and not bunched up like it would be for someone who actually mistook my ID for their own), it is clear that someone is making a serious effort to break into my account (and logically millions of other accounts). I've submitted the feedback where you've suggested. I hope someone will takw the problem seriously because there may come a day when the e-mails will end and my bank account will just get emptied by some cracker* who has found a flaw in the system and exploited it.

HT5858 No matter how I swipe....my control center doesn't come up from any screen and it's enabled. Is this a common problem on the iPad mini?

I've been having a hard time getting my control center to come up on the home screen, lock screen, in apps, anything. It never comes up when I try to swipe up and use it....but every once in a while when I'm doing something else it opens accidentally. It seems their is a delay or something but I can seems to get it to work on demand

recently i decided to complete a certification path in oracle 11g. however, seeing how 12c is spreading and selling, do you think it will manage to take over 11g anytime soon? now i know that major companies and others ranging from medium to large still do not feel secure using the cloud or prefer 11g as a personal choice. but can all of this change within the next 2-3 years ? and would it be hard to adapt to 12c as an expert if i got all my certification and experience on 11g ?
would appreciate any expert info regarding this!

I do not believe that anyone has accurate numbers on 12c installs when compared to all other Oracle release. If I were to speculate, I'd imagine they are currently high single-digits (6-9%). In three years, 12c installs may overtake 11g installs.
Oracle 12c is based on Oracle 11g... which was based on 10g which was based on...
90% or more of the RDBMS functionality that 12c provides existed in 11g. Learn 11g well and using 12c is simply a matter of learning the new features of 12c. I wrote a blog post about 11g vs 12c certification some time back. It was before 12c was released to production, but many of the points are still valid.

I would like to expand briefly on my submitted question. I developed a spread sheet to monitor profit and loss on stocks that I trade. My P & L column currently displays the negative value of my purchase(s). I created a formula that includes my exit price of the stock which is zero until I sell some shares. I would like my P & L column to show a correct value and then of course total the column. I was able to create a formula that is mathematically correct using a variable divided by itself to give me a correct display but Numbers wouldn't allow it because sometimes that variable is equal to zero until I sell some shares of the stock and then the sell price gets plugged in. If that variable is any number besides zero then obviously the formula will be multiplying by one (1) and that will show me a correct value in my P & L column. Any suggestions or ideas? 0 / 0 is not defined. It is NOT equal to zero. it is a special case which you should avoid. If you have questions about the details of dividing by zero refer to here:

you may want to perform the divide only if the dividend is not zero or maks the error using the function iferror()
something like:
=iferror(A1/B1, 0)
this will attempt to divide A1 by B1 and return the result. if there is an error then the function will return zero
