I have charges on my debit I did not make, how can I get that corrected?

You've checked the purchas history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you didn't make them, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then you an contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If they don't show on your account's purchase history then you may also want to contact your card issuer

    I'm in Australia. I made an in app purchase for $29.99 and then another purchase on the same app for $49.99
    Why then have both of these purchases been charged to me for different amounts?
    The first amount was $37.99 for a $29.99 purchase, and then charged $64.99 for the $49.99 purchase.
    I have screen shots of both of them showing what I should have been charged.

    I have 8 charges on my debit card within a matter of 30 minutes for the same amount.   I notified my bank but the bank is asking for itunes to send them a fax.  How can i get this?

    If possible, I suggest changing to a credit card.
    1) There is a max $50 in stolen dollars.
    2) It is easy to dispute a charge.  You call the credit card company. Complain.  They call the retailer & refund you the money.

    You cal to customer services of your bank or credit card and being told as disenroll in Argentina is usually effective.
    Another way is Toshiba customer that you want to cancel the service, it is your right.
    Because you have hired an online backup service with so many free payment? On the other side is always better physical backup, at least I think so.

When trying to do so, I'm told that i have to pay $29.00 for them to help me resolve this issue.  Also, I have an album that has "appeared" on all 3 apple iphones that are in my family.     If it's not on your iTunes account then your card issuer should deal with it.

    You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

    for the first time, i'm buying apps online which cost around USD 0.99; meanwhile, my sister uses my ipod to download Garfield's Dinner, which is free of course; but the problem starts here, while she was playing, she accidentally press the buy coin button, which bought around USD 19.99( they dint show the price at all, just 2750+ coin) and no confirmation was asked; while no confirmation was sent out, the coin just came in. After my sister told me, i ran quickly and tried to check it by clicking another time. And there it is again, another 2000++ coin came in. After this dilemma; i ran quickly to my ITunes and search for recent history, however, there's nothing written about this.. i'm so worried if this would be charged on my debit card?? will it be charged ????

    - Yes, you will be charged. It can take awhilte for the purchase history and email to be updated/sent.
    - Yu can go to Settings>General>Restrictions> and set Restrictions for:
    ----- In-app Purchases
    Turn off In-App Purchases. When enabled, this feature allows you to purchase additional content or functionality within apps downloaded from the App Store.
    ----- Require Password
    Requires you to enter your Apple ID for in-app purchases after the time period you specify.
    - You can contact iTunes. They may give you a refund.

    How on earth does someone hack into my iTunes account and charge my visa/debit card? I got no emails from iTunes, so I know it's not them. This has happened twice to me and it's after I take out my credit information. I found out because of a bounced check, plus my bank statement had all the charges on it. They start small with just a few dollars but they do it every day sometimes twice a day. Then next to where they tell you who charged it, it says iTunes with a bogus phone# to call? In total they stole $224 from me. I was lucky my bank refunded the money stollen. Has this happened to anyone else?

    People get their accounts hacked all the time. It's unfortunate, but true. To prevent this in the future, you need to:
    - choose a good password, with a mix of upper and lowercase letter and numbers, that someone wouldn't be able to guess by stalking you on social media sites
    - be aware of surroundings when entering a password, to be sure nobody's looking over your shoulder
    - be cautious of what you do on open wifi networks (ie, networks that do not require a password to join)
    - use a different password on each site
    - use a password manager so you don't have to remember all those different passwords

    First, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History.

    If they are and you're sure you or someone you know didn't make the purchase, perhaps as an in-app purchase,  immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. 
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

    I bought some albums last week, one on the 7th of december and one on the 10th of december, and the payments have not came out of my account yet, and it is the 15th. It's the first time i've used iTunes, and as a result don't know when iTunes bills its users. The reason i'm worried is that i owe iTunes £17.98, and won't have that money in till thursday (17th december).

    When I have done that, it's always deduct from my balance, although my Payment info always appear, and no additional charges to my card.
    Did you check it for the purchases you have already done with your gift card?
    Go to your computer, open iTunes, Store menu, View account.

    I had opted for some free skype credit offer but today skype charged me with Euro 9.9. I only had opted for the scheme becase it was free of cost. I dont with to avail this subscription on skype. Kindly reverse the transaction in my credit card account.

    well i've just got off the phone to apple and spoke to the same person 4 times now in 1 day (the english guy) he said that the aftercare team are all american. and you know i said she said at&t, well she said TNT (the delivery company) so i got my wires crossed.
    the customer service guy put me through to the same american woman i spoke to last time to check my details, as soon as i started speaking to her my credit ran out DOH!!!
    anyway hopefully that should be problem solved, but knowing my luck i'm not counting on it
