Assuming video is not compatible with compiz-fusion...?

I'm installing ArchLinux on a extra computer at work... works great... but for the fun of it I tried running compiz fusion on it. I get this:

I'm just using an xorg.conf that was generated with #X -configure, and have also tried one generated with hwd -x. Both detect "sis" as the video driver. Listing below...
Am I right to assume that this means that the video in not compatible with compiz? Or could it be some settings that need to be tweaked.

I'm not the expert here, but compiz can work with indirect rendering, so I don't think that's the qualifier for if it works for your system.

I am waiting to upgrade to Mavricks until I know if my printer will be compatible with Mavericks. I checked the HP website, and there are currently no drivers for my printer. Does this mean that the printer won't be compatible or do I just have to wait for HP to have drivers available?

By using the polygonal lasso, or the marquee tool, or magic wand (depending on how complex the shape is that you want to leave in color) trace
around the object you want to leave in color. Then go to the select tab and choose invert. That changes your selection to everything except the
object you want to color. Under the Enhance tab choose Blank and White. Then back to the Selection tab - choose invert again. Now you
can change the color of your object or leave as is. Everything but that will be black and white. Hope this helps you.;

Is Mavericks compatible with Final Cut Pro 7 and the rest of Studio 3?

I still use FCP 7 and limp along, but recent updates of FCP X are encouraging. Until I'm ready to take the plunge, would someone tell me if there's been any feedback re Mavericks' compatibility with Final Cut Pro 7 and the other software in the Studio 3 Suite - especially Compressor and DVD Studio Pro? I'd love to dl Mavericks but not if there are compatibility issues.

(v10.9). All Adobe CC and CS6 products are compatible, but a few products require updates to the latest builds to work properly. Adobe Photoshop® CS5, CS4 and CS3 were also tested with Mac OS X Mavericks and there are currently no major issues known.
Several people with CS3 Master collection as well as CS4 have reported 100% success with the uograde at Adobe's forums.

Our Cold Fusion Server is on Version 5.0 and database server is running SQL 2000. DBA's like to upgrade SQL Server to 2008/ R2. Is there any known issues in running or upgrading from Cold Fusion 5.0 with SQL Server 2008/R2 ?

If you're looking at spending thousands on a SQL licence, has no-one considered buying a CF9 license? You'd save yourself a whole world of pain, and could then have a full 64-bit environment for your application which is tried and tested.

You run Windows in Parallels or Fusion. Then in Windows you install the program.
