If you have a backup : restore Safari from it.
Otherwise : reinstall OS X
Backup first, although your data & applications shouldn't be affected.

You can either download and reapply the 10.4.6 Combo Update, or extract just the application from said package using Pacifist. Hope that helps.

Did you run Software update yet?

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

You didn't delete Safari. Built-in apps cannot be deleted.
Maybe you restricted it. Settings > General > Restrictions, make sure Safari did not get turned off.

I believe you may be referring to the $49 ASL agreement at AppleCare? That is only when/if you are out of AppleCare Protection.
Can you get to an AppleStore Genius Bar?
They may be able to fix this for you. No charge.
I highly doubt that. There is a $70 charge for troubleshooing software issues, EVEN IF there is AppleCare Warranty on the hardware.
However, since there is no charge for an appointment at a Bar, go make one, and see what options they give you. Let us know how it goes.

Download and run this updater if you are running Mac OS X 10.5, or this one for Mac OS X 10.4.

Deleted Safari RSS

I accidently deleted Safari, thinking I could get it back through the internet. The one I tried to download must've been a different version because it wouldn't work on my MacBook. I reinstalled the "bundled programs" that came on the disks when I got my computer, and it didn't come back up. Is there a way I can get it back? Thanks so much.

Welcome to Apple Discussions.
In order to re-install Safari you should follow the procedures listed in Custom installs in Mac OS X 10.4. That article will explain how to reinstall Safari 2.0.
You will then have to reapply the Mac OS X Update 10.4.7 Combo Intel to update Safari to the most recent version.

How did you delete the Note? If you did a "select all" and "cut", open the Note and shake your iPhone to undo the cut action.

If you still have an internet connection on the Mac, it can be downloaded directly using the following command in Terminal (you'll find that in /Applications/Utilities).

just copy the entire line above, from c at the start of curl, all the way through the g at the end of Leopard.dmg, then paste it into Terminal & press enter. After some minutes, depending on internet speed, you'll see the % progress reach 100, and a file named Safari.dmg will be on your Desktop. Open it to install like any other dmg, & always check that the download address is from somewhere you trust ( in this case : ...supportdownload.apple.com/... )
All the above is for Safari 5.0.6 for OS X 10.5.8 Leopard. Don't use that if that isn't what you have.

Actually, you cannot download Snow Leopard. You downloaded a Snow Leopard updater.
