HT6114 System OS X 10.9.2 download installation is not continuing and installing for over 24 hrs
Dear Apple support,
Bought a new MAc book pro I7 256GB yesterday. On starting registration the system asked me to update available and requested permission. When I agreed it started but never completed. It is 24 Hr. I tried various things but could not complete. I am in hurry. My dead line is close to submit my appraisal and the system is not allowing me.

The newest version of iTunes begins downloading but will not finish and install.
I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro, and the App Store lists iTunes 12.1 as an update to be downloaded and installed. I have tried multiple times but it will not install and continues to show up as an update. Is anyone else having this problem? If not, what do you suggest I do to solve the problem. All the other updated downloaded and installed with no problem.

That is not possible, as iTunes 12.1 has not been released yet.
The current version of iTunes is 12.0.1.

I just bought a new computer. My old computer was a 32bit system but my new one is a 64bit. I own ps cs6. My question is"will I be able to deactivate ps on my old system, and download the 64 bit version and install and activate it or do I have to buy the 64bit version in order to move forward.
Nope, you can install it on your new computer with no issues. The disc contains both the 32 and 64 bit versions.

It is a Mac port of a newer version of FF thatn any PowerPC Mac can support natively. It runs, looks and feel like FF.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. We don't even know what exactly you are trying to install.

Hi, I have an older iMac on 10.6.8. I don't think it came with all the iWork apps. I got GarageBand and iMovie with the system. I'm wondering if I can still get Pages and Keynote for this iMac as free downloads, or are they all just apps for purchase now?
You will need to purchase the retail box DVD from a third party such as Amazon.com or eBay.com.

I've just installed CS6 creative suite mainly for photoshop CS6. It comes with camera raw 7.0.something, but need something newer to use my canon 6d. When I download camera raw 8.5 and install the raw converter doesnt work anymore, wont even open or isnt available anymore in the plugin list. Tried to reinstall everything for a few times, but nothing helps.
When I search for updates the raw converter doesnt get update automaticly. Frustrating, is costing me the whole morning.

Just downloaded the new ios 7, and I can't seem to get any apps to download in the app store. It doesn't have the meter bar anymore and all it does is have a blue circle spin and spin for over 5 min. without nothing happening! Help!!!
Hi,
This is how App Store app shows now when an app is downloading. If you cannot download anything, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, remove your Apple ID, and set it again. That should work.

Very disturbing download process. First click to downlload Photoshop Elements trial was blocked because there was malware attached. This happened twice.
Second attend to download PS elements worked. But the file would never open and install.
Then tried to download Premier Elements Trial. No malware, but file would not open and install.

Hello, I purchased Adobe as a download a few years ago and installed in on a Mac Pro. I would like to uninstall it on that mac and install it on a new Mac Pro. Any idea how I can do that?
Just download, install, and activate using your serial number. You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines. If you do not wish to retain the original installation as a backup you can deactivate it by opening one of the programs and choosing Help -> Deactivate.

If you need your serial number you should be able to find it in your Adobe account online if you registered the software when you first installed it. -
