HT6154 My new phone says my password has been disabled

How do I get my password to work on my phone?

You need to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore it via iTunes on yur computer.  Restore from backup if you have a backup.  For recovery mode see:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
For more information see:
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
