HTML DB forums keep send me e-mail

Each time some post an issue, an e-mail is sent to me automatically. I want to turn this off because it fill my e-mail unwanted e-mail.
How do i turn it off.

Check your Control Panel on the forums to change the way Watches are placed on threads. Be default, any threads you create or respond to are watched, which results in email being sent to you. Also, to remove any existing watches, check "Your Watches"

E-mailing keeps sending same e-mail over and over again

I keep getting the same two e-mails over and over again. Even though I delte them they keep coming back with the orginal time and date. They ahve compe back over 150 times now. I've shut my computer down, waited over night but it doesn't make a difference. The two e-mails keep coming over and over.

You may tell Mail to remove from the server all the messages that have already been downloaded doing Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > Remove now. Alternatively, you may use the Account Info window to remove specific messages from the server; to use that feature, choose Get Info (⌘I) from the Action menu (gear icon) located below the mailboxes list in the main Mail window.

IPhone keeps sending phantom e-mail

Every time I open the Mail app on my iPhone it sends 1 of 1 of an e-mail but I have no unsent e-mail. Any ideas where this comes from and how I can get rid of it.

Your specific problem is not really addressed there, but I can tell you that the rep I talked to mentioned that the iPhone is (with OS 3.0) storing email permanently somewhere onboard the iPhone. There is supposed to be an upgrade to 3.0 in the works.

Hi Jaime,
Are you saying, you are getting junk characters in the email attachment? Then pls check the following. Since you want to send Japanese fonts, please pass language 'J' in both objpack-obj_langu = '3' & doc_chng-obj_langu = '3' instead of '3' please replace it with 'J'.
Another thing which you may have to check is the SCOT device type. As I understand from my basis colleague, this may also affect your attachment fonts since the emails are sent through SCOT. Go to transaction SCOT-> Settings-> Device types for format conversion. Check whether wrong device type is defined for Japanese there. Hope this helps

You might also try removing all gmail passwords from your keychain in Keychain Access. Then connect again and enter the password code given by Google.

How to send mails in HTML format from the send mail step of workflow?

Hi,
I have a requirement where I need to send mails in the html format from the send mail step of the workflows.
But what I found out that the html tags are not renderd and as such the output is in plain text.
I know that there is an alternative of using an activity step and use my own custom code from within there,But due to certain business constraints, I need to use the send mail step only.
My SCOT settings are all right.
Please let me know how it can be done.

How to send a mail in html format from a send mail workflow node ?

Dear all,
Do you know if it is possible to send an e-mail in HTML format (instead of RAW) from a "send mail" node in a workflow ? ... if "yes", please, let me know.
(I need to do that because I want to use the "href" tag to insert an hyperlink inside the e-mail)
- I haven't found any parameter to specify the format of the e-mail.
- Inside SCOT I tried to change the parameters for the SMTP node... without success.
- I don't want to use a task calling the FM SO_OBJECT_SEND.

Hi Nicolas!
Have you tried to set "Output Format" for "RAW Text" to HTM in SCOT.
If HTM is missing in your dropdown-list, you could check out table SXCONVERT2. Copy the line with category T/format TXT, and change the format from TXT to HTM. The existing function
SX_OBJECT_CONVERT__T.TXT does not need to be changed. Now you should be able to choose HTM in SCOT. You will probably need som HTML-tags in your text to make it look good.

My macpro keeps sending me the same email...a .emix format, and stores in a folder called recoverable mail...slowly fills up hard drive???

I had the same issue and managed to solve it.
Go into Mail>Preferences>Accounts
Then in the account information tab, at the bottom should be outgoing mail server (SMTP) and click the drop down box
Mine had a few different servers in it so i went into edit SMPT server list. Click advanced and it will tell you which ones are going from which email address.
Delete the ones you dont want, and it should work or instead of deleting click use only this server, i imagine that will work to

Thanks for the Return, I have two e-mail accounts, one from the cable provider and one from my Apple Account. In the past I have always been able to go to my Apple (Mac) account and click on Mail. It then asks for my user ID and my password. Nothing has changed on my end that I am aware of, but now when I try to open my mail it sends me to some search page instead. My desktop Mac (Intel) keeps sending my messages before I'm done with my mesage

This smells like a permissions issue, and it cannot be fixed repairing permission with Disk Utility.
Well, I looked up the MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded
files to see if they were being written to and saved
(updated). Basically, I was just checking the last
saved dates on them.
And the result of looking at them was?
And there were only 3 POP folders
where these MessageUID files were in.
These files are what Mail uses to keep track of which files have already been downloaded. There should be either one or two of them in each POP account. What you're saying indicates clearly that there is a problem with these files.
Does the multiple downloads problem happen with all accounts or only with the one that lacks the MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded file? -- sorry if you already knew this, but just to be sure, to know which account a "POP-" folder is associated with, just look at the folder name. It's formed by appending the account username and the incoming mail server to the account type (POP).
In the Finder, select the account folder that lacks a MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded file, and choose File > Get Info (⌘I). Under Ownership & Permissions, are you granted "Read & Write" access. Expand Details. Are you listed as the owner of this folder?
Note: There are several bugs in the Finder that make troubleshooting this kind of problems harder that it should be, and you may end up reading wrong information and/or incorrectly "fixing" non-existent problems if you play too much with it. If your problem ends up being a permissions issue, are you willing to troubleshoot it using the CLI in Terminal?

If you cannot remember your security questions for your Apple ID, I would recommend these steps outlined in the article named:
