HTML Embedding in Adobe Muse

Tried to embed FormsCentral form I created into Adobe Muse (a tabbed panel and blank page) using the "distribute" page and the Embed dialog box from FormsCentral. Also tried to copy and paste (Cntrl C, Cntrl V) into Adobe Muse without success. Is there an alternative method or is it not possible?

Are you running FormsCentral in Chrome? There is a known bug in Chrome that prevents copy/paste within a Flash app (which is what FormsCentral is). Google should be fixing it shortly but in the mean time you should just try another browser.

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse and when I published the remote site on business catalyst the (Add This widget) HTML code shows up but when I exported the site to HTML pages and view the index page in the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) the (Add this widget) HTML code wouldn't display on any of the pages. How does one import an html template into Adobe Muse?

I have downloaded several templates advertised as Muse templates but they all appear to be html5 templates. Can one import them into Adobe Muse?

You can't import an HTML template. You need the original .muse file. If they are Muse templates you would have gotten them as a .muse file.

Unable to re-install Adobe Muse (PC)

I uninstalled Muse on my PC and am trying to reinstall the App. My Creative Cloud connection doesn't recognize that the program is uninstalled, and therefore will not allow me re-install the program. I tried re-starting my computer, but this did not help.

Please check the above document and see if you can find the corresponding uninstaller for Adobe Muse. If yes, please use the same to uninstall Adobe Muse completely.
Else, follow Solution 2 from http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/unexpected-error-occurred-i-200.html and reinstall Adobe Muse using the links provided in the document.

Embedding Javascript and HTML nto Adobe Muse

I am trying to embed javascript for dynamic text into my Adobe Muse site but I can't seem to get it to work.
Here is my code:

I am placing the Javascript under metadata in the page properties. I tried on the individual page and on the master page. And I am placing the HTML with the Insert HTML option.
I can't seem to get the code to populate properly though. I tried the same code on a test site and it worked just fine.

It seems you have some blank spaces at the end of each line in your javascript code. Try checking for that.
In an unrelated issue I found another error in your CSS file. In your moduleStyleSheets.css file on line 1253 you have an extra ; on the end.
border-bottom: 1px solid #eee;;
Should be:
border-bottom: 1px solid #eee;

Embedding Behance Prosite into Adobe Muse.

I am trying to embed my Behance Prosite into and iframe into my adobe muse website. I don’t really know too much about coding so I am asking for some help. I have a very basic Prosite using the geometric theme. This is the iframe I am using

But when I load it into my muse site the site is squished and distorted and has scroll bars.
I think I need to set the page width of my Prosite to be exactly 920px. but I do not know how to do that since it only allows me to choose themes. I would also like there to be no scroll bars. There is an HTML section of the Prosite for customization but I don’t know what to put in there.

I guess I am a little bit lost on what it is you are trying to do? You are trying to embed the whole site into your site?
If so, I don't think it will work. I am not aware of any sharing tools on Behance either that will support embedding into a third party site.

Off the top of my head, you should be able to create mail templates in muse BUT it will require very basic html/css knowledge on your part. I am assuming you want to do just the signature?
Create the design you would like on one page, dont do any kind of styling in a master page. Then export the site into a folder. Open the html file with notepad/ textedit and then copy just the code for JUST the template. Throw it in you mail app of choice and it should work.
This seems like something that would be done alot quicker in dreamweaver in design view.
PLEASE NOTE: ^i could be completely wrong - but in theory this may work.

It is not possible to change the extension in Muse at the moment. You can export the site as HTML and change the extensions outside the Muse.

Uploading Html site designed in Adobe Muse to Sharepoint

How can I upload a website that I have designed in other software to Sharepoint 365. I want to upload the site and have it function within sharepoint. I have done this in older versions of Sharepoint but I am struggling to find a solution for Sharepoint

For SharePoint 2013, yes you could absolutely use this tool to create your HTML (this post is in the 2010 forum, so just making sure). In SP 2013 you can use the new Design Manager to upload HTML which then gets converted to a .NET Master Page.
So long as Muse turns out valid HTML, you should not have an issue.

Example... I finished my website in Adobe Muse but want to trasnfer it all over to Dreamweaver when I'm finished.

The HTML generated by Muse is pretty messy so you should be pretty fluent in HTML/CSS to hack it up in DW.

Has anyone gotten "Insert HTML" java applet snippet code to work in Adobe Muse?

I am trying to insert some code into a page created with Adobe Muse. The insert HTML code snippet, i'm trying to insert is a java.jar file that plays a virtual tour file for the inside of a home. After inserting and then publishing to Catalyst, when viewed in IE, I get a blank box where the applet is suppose to be and it says error.
Has anyone done something similar and been successful in the past?

I didn't seem to get any answers, but I think I figured out the problem. Business Catalyst does not support setting file permissions on .jar files (Java Applets) and potentially other kinds of files that I needed to get loaded so that's why I got a generic error.
The code snippet, I used, worked when I uploaded the site to another hoster that supports distributing .jar files.

Adobe Muse html code and Constant Contact

Muse noobie question re: Adobe Muse html code and Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact for our email marketing. We prefer to generate our own html code and insert into Constant Contact. It has worked great for us in the past and bypasses and somewhat cumbserome Constant Contact interface.
We tried inserting html code from Muse and the results were surprising:
Any rectangles created were simply gone. Not showing. No colors, no outlines just gone.
Text formating was way off in size and fonts. Spacing issues too.
Page not centered. It looks centered in various browsers
Any suggestions please?

It's not going to work.
The HTML/CSS/JavaScript abilities and requirements for browsers are vastly different that those of e-mail clients. The output of Adobe Muse relies on external CSS files and JavaScript, both of which are not available in most e-mail clients.
