HTML Setup utilities not available

Hi ,
I'm using Frame Maker 8. Currently I want to do some configuration to my HTML conversion. I found the information from Help document that there's the option via File>Utilities>HTML Setup. But my Frame Maker only have Compare Book... under the Utilities menu. I've check with others and they got 4 utilities.
Is there any setting to make the HTML Setup available?
I've try in the Perference, switching the FM Interface FM and Structured FM. It didn't work.

.fm file has to be active, not at the .book file

I open a chapter file in FM10. I select File > Utilities, but the HTML Setup... option is ghosted and not selectable. I thought maybe something was wrong with my file, so I tried using one of the sample files provided by Adobe. Still no good. What am I missing???

Kim,
The last FM10 patch was in January to fix a licenisng issue that caused FM10 to stop working. It hasn't affected the ability to show the HTML Setup utility on any of the machines here.
The shortcut should be entered as lowercase letters and you press each key (and release) in sequence, <esc> f t h. This brings up the HTML Setup on my installations. If it doesn't on yours, then I suspect something in your installation has been corrupted. Unfortunately, you may need to re-install FM10 (and all of the patches in sequence).
However, before you attempt any re-installs, are you working on structured documents in the strucured mode (this is what it looks like from your screen captures)? If the documents are NOT structured, then try switching to unstructured FM (via the Preferences). Note: do this only if you are completely certain that the docuemnts are unstructured, otherwise FM (after giving you a warning and a chance to bail) will strip out the structure when you open them.

Page Setup is not available in Phtoshop CS 5 Extended ver 12.0 x64

I am using various printers
I just upgraded to CS5 and my Photoshop no longer has a page setup opion in the menu
I tried choosing Print>Print Settings but the default is legal size and clickin on the Print Options button does not open any additional options as I am usd to.
i tried re-installing the drivers for all my printers to no avail.
Please help.
i would like to change my default to a regular US letter size. I am unable to acces any print settings at the moment.
Any thoughts on how to work around this or to bring back my page setup menu option?

Ability to insert HTML code snippets not available

Supposedly I can insert HTML into a file in Contribute but
that option is grayed-out and can't be used. Does anyone know why
that capability would not be functioning. I have the most recent
version of Contribute and use it on a PC

In the main menu go to:
1. Edit, Administer Websites
2. Users and Roles, click Edit Role Settings
3. go to Editing
4. check 'Allow HTML snippets insertion...' (last option)

Setting up Lacie external storage setup assistant not available. "Power pc not supported"

Trying to set up a Lacie Quadra d2 external drive. The Lacie setup assistant will not operate. The macbook error reads "PowerPC no longer supported". How can I set up this storage device?

PPC applications are not supported by OSX's from 10.7 and up. I suspect that you will have to reformat the HDD but the best option is to contact Lacie technical support and get a definitive answer from them.

View as HTML not available

I am having a strange problem. I had installed mail for Exchange 3.0 on my 5800XM couple of months back. For last couple of days the option of viewing the email in HTML mode is not available under options. The option comes back if I reinstall Mail for Exchange from Ovi store but goes away after any reboot.. The software version that I am using is 3.00(73)
Any suggestions from the gurus.

Enable the checkboxes for documentation & other params... You will get what you needed..

Static resource is not available

i want to show a static html page as a portal component.
My html page "my.html" is in a folder "PORTAL-INF/html/".
I have a AbstractPortalComponent "MyPortalComponent" with following code:

I solved the problem. The folder "html" has to be under "dist" and not under "PORTAL-INF".

Printer Setup Utility "Utility" tool not available

I have a Canon Pixma ip4200. I am trying to clean the print heads, which is done through the "Utility" option in the title bar of the Print Setup Utility. However, that option is dimmed (or greyed) and not accessible. I have re-installed the driver, and re-installed the printer, but it is still not available. Any help?

I can tell you that with Sprint their coverage area isn't as good as Verizon or AT&T.
Are you sending these imessage while on wifi or cellular data? Also your husband would need to be in a good coverage area.
Usually when imessage is unavailable it will send it as a text. Does your husband receive your imessage as a text?

Problem in converting word to html- file get error msg 'This command is not available because no document is open'

I write the some asp code to save the word file from client machine to server machine , and convert it into the html file.
it working fine when i debug the code into the visual studio but when i deploy code on iis it give me a error 'This command is not available because no document is open' , while i try to save file into html format.
lot of time i try this give all the security full access to iis user and other things .
can any one help me. i fully frustrated from this problem.
my need only upload the word document from client to server machine and convert it into the word document.
only IIS give me the problem, suggest me what setting i need to do in iis

iPad requires Wifi (or 3G /LTE) to connect to the Internet. You cannot connect a USB modem to the iPad.
You can create your own WiFi hotspot through your computer for your iPad to connect to, if your computer supports this functionality. All Wifi Macs and many Wifi PCs do. Check your computer manual for how to do it.

Printer setup utility not utilities folder OSX 10.7.5

Printer setup utility not in utilities folder. OSX 10.7.5 upgraded from 10.5.2. I do not have a 10.7.5 upgrade disc. How do I find or reinstall print setup Utility? Can I recover printer set utility using Time Machine? Thank you.

The Printer Setup Utility is part of the Print and Scan preference pane in System Preferences. When you open Print and Scan and select to add a printer by clicking the plus button, this opens the printer setup utility - although you don't see it named as such. The display just simply shows an Add Printer window with connection options of Default, Fax, IP and Windows.
I would guess that you are referring to some old documentation that is telling you to open Printer Setup Utility to add the printer. So this document just needs to be updated for newer versions of OS X.
