Htmlb elements do not render anymore

Just upgraded my miniWAS to SP38; all of a sudden, my htmlb elements do not render anymore, neither in Firefox nor IE6... I have basically a table within a form, with a range of buttons; these now just show as underlined "links", with no action taken when I try to click... Seems all the conversion from htmlb to the corresponding javascript is missing in the page source. How come?

We have the same problem. We also found out that when you delete the cache it works again. Furthermore we discovered that you only have to delete the jscript file event.js.
We investigated further and found out that our configuration script is causing this problem (it automatically sets proxy settings and stuff like that). When I deactivate our script everything works fine. Trond, Richard does your IE also use a config script or is the checkbox "automatically detect settings" marked (you find it under connections->lan settings)? Unfortunately I can't tell my users to deactivate these automatic settings because that's how we make sure that every user in our company is using the same IE settings.

Photoshop Elements seems not work anymore

As a user of Photoshop Elements 11 on my Apple Notebook, I had a problem today. All the tool buttons did not work anymore and the pictures I wanted to edit were not shown in the workspace, but right under in in an extra window. Because of that problem I removed Elements 11 and I downloaden version 12 from the Apple store. But the problem is still not solved. Anyone familiar with this problem? Suggestions for solutions?@

That library is hidden in recent versions of OS X. To see it, click the the Go menu in the Finder and hold down the Option key and it will appear below the little house for your user account.
Also, if you have a wacom tablet, be sure your drivers are up to date.

Text elements not centered anymore once project goes live

I've discovered Edge Animate a few days ago and I really love that it looks and feels a lot like After Effects - you should exchange and implement some functions of EA to AE (i.e. the curves easing options) & vice versa though
What I went through, until know
First of all, I am a Worpdress user using a responsive theme and the Edge Suite plug in.
I've created a typo animation using a custom licensed web font and it took me a while to get it to work properly - the web-kit generated by the myfonts.com kit builder didnt' work with EA, so I had to let fontsquirrel create one instead. Now, the SVG font file gets exported upon export, but the EOT, WOFF and TTF files don't - not sure if it's a bug, but it's an easy thing to copy the files via FTP to the "../uploads/edge_suite/project/..." folder in order to fix this.
My Problem
After uploading the animation to my server via the Edge Suite plug in, approx. 50% of the text elements are not in the right place anymore. The affected elements are all offset by a fixed amount of pixels vertically, while they actually should be centered. When I run the HTML file of the exported web animation locally, everything's fine though.
The problem occurs in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and on the iPhone.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

I've uploaded the animation (using web publishing) to a folder on my server, and everything is fine.

I have analysed the code of the animation being rendered on my Wordpress site, but the CSS coordinates all correspond to the parameters inside EA.
I've also installed the Edge Suite plug on a different Wordpress installation (a complete different site) of mine, and the results are even worse. It seems like the origin of some elements is being tossed around space.
That said, I'm clueless.

Are you seeing this problem since first launch of PSE13 after installation or recently?
Please try:
Keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed while launching PSE13 Editor and click OK on the dialog that comes next.

Need help, Photoshop Elements 11 will not open anymore.

I have Photoshop Elements 11 and will not open anymore, it hangs up on initial window with credits & version info. I tried everything I can think of, shutting down all the background programs, windows update, uninstalling & reinstalling the Photosphop. I am able to open the Adobe Photoshop Editor and I even updated the Adobe from Editor to see if that would help but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

Does this mean the problem is with the organizer? If so, hold down the shift key when starting it and try creating a new catalog in the catalog manager that should open. If that works, go back to file>manage catalogs and try repairing and optimizing your real catalog.

PSE11 does work OK with Mountain Lion but you need to delete the saved prefs and application state.
Quit Elements.
Launch Finder and click on Go (hold down the optn key) and click on Library when it appears in the list below Home.
Delete the following files from the Preferences folder:
com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist
Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Paths
Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 Settings
Delete this file from the Saved Application State folder:
com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.savedState

It is there. In 13, look under Create in the Expert and Quick workspaces. And, once you update from 13 to 13.1 using an opened projects Help Menu/Update, you
will see an extra location for the feature - right in front of you in the main panel.

My serial number is not valid anymore, is there a way I can get a new one to activate my product?

I have had Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 for about a year now and my serial number is not working anymore for the same product. I have a new computer and am trying to download the product, however it won't accept my serial number. Is there a way I can recieve a new serial number to activate my product?

How do I hide selection in Photoshop CC , while the ⌘+H is not working anymore?

I´m using now the finnish version of Photoshop CC. However, the good old ⌘+H shortcut for hiding the selection seems not to work anymore in Photoshop CC.
And I cannot find the new shortcut for the command - neither I do not find the way to modify the shortcut, because the needed command is not listed anymore in the available commands in Edit shortcut menu. Makes no sense to me?

That items related to the display of elements are situated under "View" should hardly be surprising.

Web pages posted to .Mac using iWeb do not render correctly on IE

Okay, let's face it - most people out there use Internet Explorer (IE) to view web pages. I just published my web page using iWeb onto my iMac account. The web site renders correctly on my Mac, but does not render correctly on my PC using IE at work. Several other people using IE saw similar problems. For example, IE does not show the links until you run your mouse over them. Also, the text renders as an image (you cannot select text individualy). What do I do to ensure that all the world views the site correctly? Thanks.

Welcome to the discussions, stoma.
You'll have to essentially dumb your site down to IE level. Get rid of the cool effects, the transparencies, the rotated images, basically everything that makes iWeb so impressive to use. Make a nice plain site with no frills and you're 90% of the way to near 100% IE compatibility.
Take all of your images and edit them outside of iWeb (like with other web applications) and that's another significant chunk. There will be a few bits left over, but some of those will be things you can't do anything about (like some of the page elements being created as .png's). You'll be as close to IE compatible as you can get with iWeb.
Post your URL to let other users post as to what your SPECIFIC site would need.

Why to use htmlb elements in bsp applications

Hi All,
I have a doubt that why to use htmlb elements for implementing user interface in bsp applications .Implementing bsp application using htmlb is difficult than html because we have handle event triggering in oninputprocessing but this is not required in html.Can anybody help me out in understanding the advantages of htmlb over html.

Dynamic elements don't render properly, twitter, facebook, etc.

Most simple webpages load just fine, but anything with dynamic content, sticky menu bars, text inputs that scroll, and other elements don't render properly. They load and then immediately disappear leaving just white space. Some sites will return eventually or load if scrolled to a certain point on the page. Other pages are fine on load but then once menus are loaded or the page is scrolled to a certain point the content disappears, only to return when the page is scrolled back to the top or the menu is closed.
For example, none of the divs on Twitter display content unless I scroll down about two page heights. Alternatively, my Facebook feed loads just fine until I start to scroll down, at which point the side bars and chat window lose content periodically. Now that I've typed enough in this text field to necessitate scrolling, I lose content if not at the top of the box. I had to stretch the field in order to eliminate scrolling.
I am running Firefox 30 on MacOSX 10.8.3. The issue does not present in Safari or on other computers on the same network with the same setup. I have tried clearing the cache, clearing cookies, updating Firefox, resetting Firefox, reinstalling Firefox, updating Flash, and updating Java.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Premiere Elements 12 not rendering

I am working on a project and I noticed that in two clips brought in (both MP4) were not rendering. In fact, there was not even a red line above the clips. The other two MP4 clips rendered fine and show the green line. So I deleted the two clips and then added them back fresh. They now have an orangish line (not red) and they are not rendering to provide the green line to show they have been rendered.
Any help on this is appreciated!

orange line over the Timeline content
Above the Timeline is the Work Area Bar with two gray tabs. Those tabs need to span the whole content to be rendered. Are your gray tabs of the Work Area Bar doing that? If not, move them to span the content to be rendered. Keyboard shortcuts are
Alt + [ for the left gray tab at the start of the content
Alt+] for the right gray tab at the end of the content
If none of the above factors into your present situation, you might want to post a screenshot of your Timeline setup in the Expert workspace of your Premiere Elements 12.

There is a bug with commandLink.
What version are you using of JSF?
If you use firefox and have the web developer tools you can see what is happening. You verify that the input hidden that contains the value of the commandlink submit value, probably have the wrong value after a while.

Migrating V9 to V10: Update XML Fragment CLOB does not work anymore

I have an XML Schema that contains an element, named Operazione, mapped to a CLOB.
I just migrate to Oracle 10.1.0.2.0 from version 9.2.0.2.0 and the code I developed does not work anymore.
To get a CLOB on v 9.2.0.2.0 I issued the following statement:
select extractValue(value(p),'/operazione.log/Operazione') from XMT_OPERAZIONE_LOG p
where existsNode(value(p),'/operazione.log/Journal[NumeroElettronico=1234567890]') = 1
To make it working on V10 I have to change it as follow:
select extract(value(p),'/operazione.log/Operazione').getClobVal() from XMT_OPERAZIONE_LOG p
where existsNode(value(p),'/operazione.log/Journal[NumeroElettronico=1234567890]') = 1
So using extract intead of extractValue and adding getClobVal() I was able to read the CLOB.
The problem that I was not able to solve is related to CLOB update. In V9 just adding the âfor updateâ clause I was able to change the CLOB value on DB.
In V10 if I run the V9 statement I get the error:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
If I use the statement modified for V10, adding the âfor updateâ clause, I get the CLOB and I can change the CLOB value but nothing goes on the DB. Probably I am working on a copy of the DB CLOB.
If I remove the getClobVal() I get an OPAQUE type that I can use on a XMLType but, still, nothing is stored on DB.
Any suggestion ?
