Hello All,
Selected Pseudo Parent Tab: TS1
Select Standard Tabs: DBTable, variables , condition , Report , interactive report.
All the tabs are related to pages
When I am navigating from tab interactive report to any other tab the url is chaning to
http://cosmo:8080/apex/wwv_flow.accept - resulting in HTTP 404 page not found error ..
but when navigating with in the following tabs
DBTable page#1
variables page#2
condition page#7
report page#10
I am having different url like example -
http://cosmo:8080/apex/f?p=125:7:1075354762414252::NO and no error , could able to navigate to respective page corresponding to that tab.
Can any one tell me why i am unable to navigate from interactive tab to other tabs resulting with HTTP 404 PAGE NOT ERROR .
Unable to trace out the reason so far ..

Enable trace for the EPG
Connect to the database as the sys user
exec dbms_epg.set_global_attribute('log-level',7); -- Enable logging
Then, from the application click on the tab that causes the 404 error
Examine the trace for the cause of the error. The trace is written to the database background_dump_dest directory. The file will have a name like <db_name>_sxxx.trc.
exec dbms_epg.set_global_attribute('log-level',0) -- disable logging

Hello All,
I am having a page with multiple tabs . When the user navigates from one tab to another tab ( using standard tab set ) from interactive report I am getting the HTTP 404 page not found error .
The tabs are in the following fashion.
home page#1
varlist page#2
criteria page#7
dynamic report page#10
interactive report page#15
I can move forward by selecting the tabs but when i am in interactive report tab and select any of the other tabs i am getting HTTP 404 page not found error..
Can any one help me .

The database tables are huge and inorder for me to replicate at oracl.apex.com I got to load the full schema which is not possible . May be you can go through the code to understand whats going wrong.

Download Photoshop CS3 from Adobe when I click the link I am getting http 404 page not found.

I have a copy of Photoshop CS3 on my old Macbook. Need to move to my new Macbook with no CD drive. Following instructions it says to download CS3 and enter serial number. When I attempt to download from Adobe and click the link I am getting http 404 page not found.

Works for me. If there are issues, use another browser and check your network configuration.

I am getting HTTP 404 Page not found error when I try to run the test_fwktutorial.jsp. I have followed the instructions of a similar thread but none have helped.

Problem I faced:
When I try to run, test_fwktutorial.jsp in JDev 10.1.3.3.0 for Oracle Apps R12, I was getting the first page with the links, but when i click on any of the links, say "Hello World", I am getting a "HTTP 404 Not Found". Same error I got by directly running any of the tutorial pages, or any custom pages. CHecked all the normal setting options like: responsibility key, username/pwds etc.
Then I noticed in my address bar an error text:"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation".
Solution I arrived at:
In one of the forums, I had come across the point that maybe my local machine and Application server were on different domains, due to which I was getting "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation".
1. Hence I checked for the domain on which my local machine was in:
My Computer -> Properties -> Computer Name.
2. There it was showing WORKGROUP instead of Domain.
3. Here I clicked on the Change button and entered mycompany domain on which the server was like <companyidentier1>.<companyidentier2>.com
I had to do this even though the machine i was using was connected to the domain using a VPN connection.
4. Then after restarting my machine, I changed the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences to Default Local IP Address. And when i ran my page, it worked!!
Before when I had not changed the domain of my local machine to the Apps Server domain, simply changing the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences to Default Local IP Address (as suggested in some forums), still gave me the same error.

Http 404 Page Not Found in 10.1.3

I installed 10.1.3 and am going through a Faces tutorial, but when I try to run it, I get a 404 page not found error. Is there some configuration of the OC4J embedded server that I need to do? I've been using the 10.1.2 and I don't recall having to have made any changes.

I tried creating a new project from scratch. JSF with 2 pages, one text output and one command button, return success and go to next page, about as simple as I could think to try. I get the same 'Page not found' error on this project as well. Also, when I create the first JSF page, the property inspector doesn't display any JSF components, even though the libraries were selected, until I exit and restart JDev. Then they show.
Are there any known configuration issues with the OC4J? Should I just de-install/re-install JDev 10.1.3 all together?

Why HTTP 404 Page not Found when trying to Backup Configuration?

Good day:
I bought this RV082 VPN Router. After configuring it, I tried to save its configuration using the System Management's Backup Utility. When I set everything up and ready to proceed, as I click on the Backup Configuration button, I get this Page Not Found error.
After several additional retries, and cold startup of my laptop, I still get this.
Then I wondered, "Why don't I try to upgrade the firmware instead?".
Guess what: I get the same page not found error.
Can anyone tell why is this? Using Windows 7 Pro 32-bit.

Try to clean the Cache for TFS 2013 manually(delete the content of the folder only, not the cache folder itself):
Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 12.0\Application Tier\Web Services\_tfs_data.
After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select
Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
If clean Cache cannot resolve this issue, please try to repair your TFS 2013 Update 4 Server, then check the result.
Additionally, you can run TFS 2013 Power Tools BPA to scan the installation of your TFS Server.

File Download - HTTP 404 Page Not Found Error

Dear All,
I have using file download facility for my application and it is working on my development server well.
What all I have done is created a procedure for that and then give EXECUTE permission to APEX_PUBLIC_USER.
In my development server I didnt change "wwv_flow_epg_include_mod_local" function.
It working fine.
Now I have moved my application to new server and then in there creates the same procedure and give grants to APEX_PUBLIC_USER.
But when I try to use download files it shows "HTTP 404 - The web page cannot be found" error.
I have compared link pattern and all other things against my development server and everything works fine.
I have already followed all the post with same issue and tried all the solutions they provided as well. But no luck..
If anyone has any idea please help me to solve this.
I am uisng Apex 4.0.2.00.07 with Apex Lister in both environments

I have fixed the call to procedure without using the Item, but still not working.
trying to run the page directly, but it is not working.

Object Browser Http 404 Page Not Found

Hi,
I have successfully installed Oracle XE 10.2.0 on Windows XP. I can access the Database homepage and I am also able to navigate to the following pages from there:
- Adminstration
- SQL
- Utilities
However any attempt to access the Object Browser page results in a Http 404 error.
I also tried installing Oracle XE 10.2.0 Universal but got the same error.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?

As I indicated in a previous email - I am experiencing the same 404 problem on the Object Browser Button. I downloaded and installed Oracle XE on 13-aug-10 (windows 7 32 bit). I have not altered the APEX installation. I get the same problem with login under system or login under another user. The 404 occurs immediately I click the Object Browser and also occurs if I click a drop down from the Object Browser. I can use the SQL button OK - and have used SQL to create tables and insert data into them. I know that this has worked since I have looked at them in Microsoft Access via an ODBC link. But I cant look at them in Object Browser.
Any help would be appreciated

I'm using traditional Struts in my app. Initial index.jsp page has HTML:link statements that are initially referencable along with the :jsessionid - to handle URL re-write etc.
I understand why this happens on the first page interaction. Trouble is all works fine on my Tomcat/MySQL/JSP combo running on Windows XP but always causes a 404 runing on the hosting site under Linux. If I manually change the semi-colon to a ? then all is fine,

the same verion of tomcat won't be any different on Linux vs Windows. Are you running on Linux with some web server that doesn't handle the ;jsessionid bit when parsing for what to pass to Tomcat?

Embeded PLSQL Gateway & 404 page not found issue

If I use APEX_ITEM.TEXTAREA with Embeded PL SQL Gateway and submit the page, it throws "HTTP 404-page not found" error.
It doesn't happen when I use apache server instead of EPG.
Our production APEX is down because of this issue.
Any help/suggestions would be greately appreciated.
Here are the simple steps to reproduce the same in a EPG environment.
Note: It works fine in apex.oracle.com [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=20193:6]
Create a blank page with a report region for the following query. Add a self submit button to it. Run the page and hit the submit button and you will get 404-page not found error.

I am also facing the same issue. After creating a Target Mapping tile for our custom application, when I save I get the below error :

Error (404, Not Found) in OData response for PUT "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST/PageChipInstances(pageId='X-SAP-UI2-CATALOGPAGE%3Aicch_report',instanceId='00O2THPMYBCTODLKRWF1EBX3F')": HTTP request failed Details: Resource PageChipInstance not found.
I assigned a customizing transport as suggest in your response and saved again, but that did not help either.
The surprising thing is, when our basis consultant (who has SAP_ALL) saves the tiles, he can save them. This tells me that all the necessary services to create/save the tiles are active.
We have tried to trace my userid for missing authorizations - but none was found.
Not sure what is causing the error when I save the tile..

I created a page "tabular form" with the wizard to delete and update records in a table.
All pages of the application are ok. Only this page, when refresh after click on the "delete" or "submit" button send the message "HTTP 404 - File not found".

We are implementing SharePoint Apps for our UAT environment with 1 application server and 2 WFEs. In our development server which is single server worked for implementing SharePoint Apps.
All our web applications WFEs are hosted UAT environment and SharePoint Server 2013 is enterprise with this build number 15.0.4420.1017 (RTM). In the Application Server we enabled App management service and Subscription management through
PowerShell.
This DNS configuration is as follows:
contoso.com with IP address for Application server (192.168.10.12) 2 different IP address for WFEs
192.168.10.14/15).
contoso-apps.com for wild card DNS required by SharePoint Apps and pointed to
Application server (192.168.10.12).
We have created self-sign certificate on one the WFE server, create a web application dedicated for SharePoint Apps
without host header and bind the self – sign certificate to the SharePoint Apps web application. DNS is correctly configured on the WFE and we are able to
ping abc.contoso-apps.com.
The App Catalog site is working and we are able to download SharePoint apps. But for the WFEs, when go to SharePoint store
it does shows the content for Store and when download an app and click on Add IT and signed as Office ID we get 404 page not found.

But in my case we have already defined a blank host header for SharePoint Apps that we create previously.
Is it because we not using latest patch as Steve Peschka that March PU fixed this issue?

wildcard address should point to one of the WFE servers, not the Application server. (Actually it should point to the load balancer for the WFEs, but you don't mention a load balancer.) Apps generate a dynamic HTML web site on the WFE server. If
you point to the application server it may not be able to deliver that content if the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Service isn't turned on. (That's what makes a server a WFE)

Troubleshooting suggestions:
Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.
Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!
Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists
is the problem with
iweb or with hosting?
One Apple tech started to fix Iweb and had to end session and the next said problem with hosting at Network Solutions as it published
to local folder. NWS has checked sttting a few times-
Any help would be extremely appreciated as trying to fix this for about five weeks

Global Settings - 'HTTP 404 - File not found'

Hello
I have some problems with the services-portlet in portal. When I click on the link to 'Global Settings' of the services-portlet a 'HTTP 404 - File not found' exception is displayed.
Additionally I have some problems on accessing the portal with ..../pls/portal. Sometimes it works, sometimes I have to use the direct access URL like ..../pls/portal/url/page/myPageGroup.
Can anybody help?

Hello again
I opened a TAR at metalink and got the help I needed.
Here the reason of this problem:
The Default home page specified in the Global Settings was deleted either through the GUI or directly from the tables, causing this error.
You can get a script from metalink to reset the default home page to Corporate Home page.
