HTTP STATUS 404 Msg While Starting CMS

Hi Gurus,
First, I installed the BOBJ XI 3.0 Ent. on Windows 2K3 , Next Installed the Admin Package for the Tomcat 5.5.20 , Next Uninstalled the XI 3.0 as CR 2008 Installation was not done, prior to installing the SAP XI 3.0 Integration Kit.
So,
After uninstalling my SAP XI 3.0 Int. Kit for BOBJ [ followed the following procedures per the
installation guide after uninstalling it i.e. i) Run the batch file partnercafuninstall.bat ii) Delete 2 Files : SAP.Properties, PartnerPlatformServices.Properties from the InstallDIR\deployment\apps iii) Deleted
CeCore.jar file manually AFTER Switching of the Tomcat55, as this command ( per guide!! ) ]
wdeploy.bat Tomcat55 -DAPP=CmcApp -Das_admin_password=<my_password> undeploy
gave the msg that ' file is in use '  .
Now, that I have installed the CR 2008, while I try to launch the CMS, I get the following msg :
HTTP Status 404 - /PlatformService/service/app/timeout.do
Type : Status Report
message : "The Requested Resource { /PlatformServices/service/app/timeout.do} is not available.
Next > I restored that PartnerPlatformServices.Properties + SAP.Properties file and I STILL have this same message.

Hi Ishan,
If you look in the Tomcat logs it should give you an error message. There should be an error when you restart Tomcat.
I have found that uninstalling a sp leaves the resources unavailable. Normally, a redeploy sorts it out.
