Hung installing Adaptative Agent in RHEL Virtualized

Question

Hello,
I have a RHEL virtualized over Citrix xen, when I try to deploy de Zenworks Adaptative Agent, It is installed correctly but the task hang up when the device try to do the registration step. Checking the logs I can see a message that say "Device OS target not supported!".
I am thinking that when the server reply to the Zenworks server, it show itshelf like a kernel version "2.6.18-194.el5xen" and not recognize the os version.
Is this possible??

I tried to chage /etc/redhat-release by "rhel-5" and reinstall de agent with the same result.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5
and
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6
I don't see a 5.5
Now, It don't know if 5.5 SHOULD match because of the substring notation
I don't know if it needs to be added to the supported list.
I don't know if it would need extra testing to be added to the supported
list.
I'm not enough of an Expert on Linux to make a sound judgement beyond
the details above.
