iPhones purchased from the online Apple Store in Australia will be unlocked. To the best of my knowledge, unlocked iPhone are not available from the physical Apple Stores at this time, though you can call the Apple Store in Melbourne and inquire.
Note that the warranty on iPhones is not international, so if you purchase an iPhone in Australia and it needs service, you would have to ship the iPhone to someone in Australia to take or send to Apple for service and then ship it back to you.

Delete the email. The zip file will have no effect on your iPhone.

Assuming the iPad mini is not the Retina display version yes you can use the iPod charger with it.
If the Mini has a retina display it requires more power than the iPod charger can provide. It still may charge, but will be very very slow.

Having an odd issue. Frequently, when I go to Safari, I see a popup that goes away in a few seconds. Looks almost like an app download, but disappears in a hurry and then goes to site I was last visiting. I'm stumped how to fix (popups disabled, etc)

Thanks for the update! Next, and this is like a last step for me, but I would quit Safari one more time, then clear all the Safari data from the phone with this info and then test it out again:
Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Clear information from your device
To clear your history and cookies from Safari in iOS 8, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. In iOS 7 or earlier, tap Clear History and tap Clear Cookies and Data.
To clear other stored information from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

HURRY UP NOKIA! (About N96 V20.50)

Many people are complaning about their N96s still NOT showing update to V20 neither on NSU nor on OTA.
These N96s are unbranded, SIM Free, operator free, unlocked, whatever you want to call it. They are directly purchased from Nokia Shops.
This time Nokia was slow to update all of their unbranded phones. Usually branded, operator branded phones were behind, but this time many other unbranded product codes fell behind, too.
Hurry Up Nokia! Update those Servers at least for all unbranded product codes!!!

Another consideration is that there is not a single version of v20 for all N96s, even the unbranded ones - the software has regional differences, language set differences etc., this is why it is not practical to hava a fixed-date worldwide launch.
My N96 is the Finnish version and already updated, but my friend who has a locally-bought Belgian N96 can't update yet. Both are unbranded.

u are right that you will be able to find from WEB-INF directory but not from jar files.
Make sure you add these jar files inside Classpath and JAR Dependencies under properties in which project u want to access it.
My IDE is WSAD5.0
if it does not work add it inside

Looks like Apple did the same thing with Lion that Microsoft did with Vista. Brought it on the market before it was ready.
I run a MacBook Pro and upgrading to Lion caused me two days of trouble and computer crash. Router settings removed and router blocked. Dongle not recognised, you name it.
In the end, I gave up and using my Snow Leopard installation disk and a Time Machine Backup finally got my computer up and running again. Thanks to Lion, I think I'll stay with OS X 10.6.8 at least it's reliable.

AT&T To Write Up A Ticket to Hurry Up Releasing 10.1

they did write the ticket. at first they acted like i had the latest f/w but then after checking around that was not the case. i said i was frustrated in waiting for them to perform whatever it is they are doing to release 10.1. so they decided to write a ticket to hurry up on the release and said they will be contacting me shortly. so we will see. would be nice if more people submitted tickets for this though (hint hint).

AT&T is an international corporation. The CEO won't have time to deal with individual customer complaints, unless it's a multi-million dollar business account.
A regional president of AT&T would be darn near out of reach to a typical consumer, certainly the CEO.

I tried 420 seconds and it said it exceeded maximum length.
Please help,it's for a birthday.

99 seconds is the max in iMovie 08. If you need more than that, put the same picture twice.

The attached example uses the DAO activeX object to send data to a database table. In this manner you can send data to any DSN with a ODBC driver. Other examples can be found on the ni website (www.ni.com).

I have never ever worked with a suite of software so buggy and full of old bugs.
I think I may have to seriously look elsewhere for professional software.
1) You DO NOT address old bugs but keep releasing the same (and new ones) in the upgrades
2) You do not value feedback AT ALL... Your forums is FULL of it but you NEVER implement it
3) CC MUST be short for Creative Catastrophe - Because I have a Mac that constantly freezes but ONLY when using your software.
I really wish you lots of Luck in the future as I value the potential of your products. But please - have some self respect and end the countless bugs you have !

We can't know. You have not provided any exact system info or other technical details such as Internet connection, drive configuration, language settings and whatnot. That and of course nobody can tell you anything about your specific issues without some log files or similar info.
