Husband just upgraded his Dell Inspiron netbook to the newest Firefox, now websites won't finish loading...I have tried every fix recommended by Firefox...no luck! Ideas?
Websites will load alllllllmost to 100%, then stall...msg says firefox is not responding. Sites load in Internet explorer.

In particular, check the amount of RAM you have.
You could contact Apple through your National Apple store with the serial number of your machine to see if they can provide a replacement DVD ... but I doubt they can.

I had the exact same issue with mine. But I'm in Mexico. It was forcing me to use iTunes in Spanish even though my account is in the US. I turned my iPad off, then on again, and presto! My iTunes is back into English and my account is recognized again.

I've tried everything that I have read, but to no avail. the song keeps comming up, it is a purchased song, maybe this has someting to do with why I can not delete it?

Software on my MAC updated to OS X 10.9.1 late December. Since then Time Machine and Time Machine Editor have been in conflict resulting in no backups! I constantly receive alerts to that effect. I had also set this to backup once a day instead of every hour, now I don't seem to have that option. Genius Bar people were very helpful but whatever they did has not fixed the issue. Would greatly appreciate assistance with this problem. Thanks in advance!
The current information from the Time Machine Editor folks is that it will support Lion (10.7.x) and Mountain Lion (10.8.x), but there is no mention of support for Mavericks (10.9.x).

If you contact the support folks at Time Software, they will likely tell you that they cannot offer support for problems related to Mavericks.
If that is the case, ask them for the steps to safely uninstall Time Machine Editor so that it will hopefully not conflict with the operating system in Mavericks.
Worst case, as LaPastenague mentions, you may need to re-install Mavericks again on your Mac to get Time Machine working again....since it appears that the Editor does modify some of the files in the Mac operating system. -
How can I turn off imessage for just one of my contacts? Me and my husband just upgraded (both had iphone 4), I got the iphone 5s and he got he note 3. All my text to him automatically send as a imessage. Ive tried to delete his contact and then went back in and reentered it but that doesnt work.
Have your husband text the word "stop" to 48369. This should take his number out of the iMessage system.
Go into your settings under messaging and make sure the box to send as an SMS if iMessage is unavailable is checked.
Hopefully this will get your messages sending/receiving to each other. -
Help! I have a new iPhone 5s. My husband just lost his 4s, so I want to give him my 4s. We want to use same Apple ID so we both have access to itunes/apps purchases. Want to separate contacts, messages, mail, etc. I cannot change iCloud address on 4s iPhone. Also, when I tried to change iMessage I got a message that if I deleted my id (which seemed to be the only way to get my husband's I'd there), I would not be able to receive iMessages on any device.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. I have the same proble. In all views all day events don't show up. If I search for the event, there is a result but it does not appear in the calendar.

I just upgraded to iTunes version 10.6.0.40 and now I am having problems connecting to my Airport Express and I get an error message 15000. Does anyone know what that means? Just bought new PC running Windows 8.1. I have Install discs for Photoshop 4 and an upgrade to Photoshop 7. Unfortunately the Photoshop 4 Install disc won't run as it's incompatible with 64 bit. How do I install Photoshop 7 on my new PC? Is there a place I can download the Install files from?
Pagemaker is ancient, obsolete and unsupported. It was discontinued over 10 years ago. (Though why it is still sold is a mystery.)
If you want to run PageMaker, your best bet is to use a Win2K or WinXP PC.
Otherwise move to Indesign or look at Serif's PagePlus or Scribus. -

Try some of the troubleshooting steps outlined below:
Troubleshooting an external hard drive
> Unplug the hard drive, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in
> Restart the computer
> Unplug any other peripherals from the computer
> Plug it into a different USB port
If none of those steps work, see if it is recognized in Disk Utility.
Checking a disk with Disk Utility
To check a disk using Disk Utility, launch the Disk Utility application in any of the following ways:
> Type the first few letters of its name into Spotlight. Select it from the results.
> Go Launchpad > Utilities > Disk Utility
> Go Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility
Once Disk Utility is opened, check to see if your external HD appears on the sidebar. If it doesn't appear at first, try the troubleshooting steps above again while leaving Disk Utility open, each time checking to see if the external HD appears.
