Husband's id showing when trying to update fb app only
In settings my itunes id/email is showing but when trying to update the fb app it comes up with my husband's id and asks for his password. I can't find how to fix this. Please help!
It seems that your husband bought the FB app. To update you need your Husband Apple ID and password.
Note: Apps, music and books bought using one Apple ID cannot be merged or transfered to another Apple ID.

If you have apps purchased from more than one account that need updating you have top update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. As the other replier said, you have to log into the account that purchased than app to update it.

any advices ?In the lower right corner of the App Store window is a round button with the image of a flag. Clicking that button takes you to a page where you can choose your country by flag. You may have to scroll to the bottom of the window to see the button. The country must match your billing address on record.

I really thought signing out would do because that works frequently for the unknown error message. Try these two things.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.
Or this ... The old stand by....
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
When trying to update an app, it partially downloads and then displays the message "unable to download item" Please try again later. This happens on any app I try. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling with same results. What can I do?
I have the same thing happening on my iPod Touch 5th gen. Been happening for at least a month. I have updated to the most recent version of iOS which hasn't solved the issue. Must be a bug that they didn't get around to resolving yet, a year later. Really annoying to have it pop up when you are in the middle of a game though.

Adobe Media Encoder was the problem for me. There's no separate uninstaller for AME. My ID CC and Premiere couldn't be updated (for the AME7.2.2 update as the only change). MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework seemed to be the factor.
I uninstalled Premiere (only), after having manually removed MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework from inside AME. After boot I installed it again and voilà, both (ID & Premiere) updates went trough fine. The MCMHMPEGVideoCodec.framework was on place inside AME too. -

Depending on why it's been disabled, you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If your account then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of the account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it. -
When trying to update or purchase Apps I am being advised my account is not valid for the UK Store and I must switch to the IReland store. How do I do this?

You can only update an app when you are signed in with the IDthat was used to purchase it.

The only thing you can buy legitimately is the computer and the basic discs that are necessary to operate it. All Apple apps over and above this cannot be legally sold on. The machine should have been completely wiped and the original OS re-installed, bringing the machine to its original factory condition. iPhoto and Garage band were part of OS 10.6.8. Snow Leopard.
You must not use the original owner's ID. -
When trying to install an App only rotating wheel appears in Apps section of CC on OS-X
This happens with the first App I would like to use (After Effects). The installer only downloaded CC, which now appears in the main menu. Wehen opening this I see a rotating wheel in the Apps section, where not his else is listed. I have tried other downloads with the the same result. I have also restarted my Mac without success - Apps do not download...
I just downloaded the CC app and I'm having the same exact problem. Apps window just has a spinning icon with no apps listed. I tried uninstalling, redownloading, and reinstalling, but go the same results. Very frustrating to spend so much time simply trying to launch an app. Adobe, what is the solution? I'm on a MacPro desktop running OS X 10.9.5
