Hi! I hv both 1st ipad& ipad2. I hv some music in my 1st iPad, that is not transferred in my new ipad2 via iCloud. Can' t open iTunes stores.

Just think of the third problem. I can't do backup neither, so I dare not restore my iPad to its default as I didn't do the backup the moment before upgrading it to iOS 7 (which I regret very much now). I have trusted Apple for years and didn't think of such problems could happen after iOS upgrade.

After updating IOS 7 i can't open Itunes Store anymore.

Same issue here on iPhone 4 after upgrade to IOS7. When launching iTunes store the iPhone loads data for a few secs, but then the screen is completely empty: No movies, no music, no genius.... The all page is completely white ( orblack for movies).
Tried all these tricks w/o success:
- Log off and on again on iTunes account
- Change system language
- Disable all iCloud syncs
- Disable all automated downloads from app store and iTunes store
Interestingly, iTunes store works perfectly with same account on iPad 2 after updateto IOS 7
Next I will try is to sync with MacBook.
Anyone solved it already pls post !

Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the iTunes Store app, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

Try restarting your iPad or testing on another Wi-Fi network.

Have you rebooted your iPad? Hold down the home and power button. After a while a screen will appear asking you to slide to power off. Don't do this. Instead keep holding the home and power buttons. The screen will go black and the machine reboot.

Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.
The last step states to sign in with another account, but for the situation you described, I recommend just signing in with your same Apple ID.

I just reformatted my macbook. I'm now trying to purchase a program but I keep getting an error saying iTunes can't connect to the iTunes store. I am hooked up to the internet though. Does anybody know what to do about this?

iTunes 7 will not work with the iTunes Store, and hasn't been able to for a long time. You can try iTunes 9.2.1, the last version that would run on Mac OS X 10.4:

but it would be best to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.6, since it's probable that eventually the iTunes Store will no longer support iTunes 9.2.1, assuming it still does now.

Can't open iTunes store

Problem has been going on for a few months! Using Windows 7 home edition, iTunes opens fine, lists music, etc, but when you click on the iTunes store tab in the top right hand corner you get the message: -
'iTunes has stopped working.
Windows is checking for a solution ...'
then
'A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'
However, Windows doesn't close the program - you have to do this manually and no solution is suggested for the problem.
I have read a number of other forum discussions and tried the various checks and fixes suggested, i.e. moving .dll files, uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, etc but still have the same problem.
I can access ITunes store from iPhones, iPad and iPod Touch (which keeps the kids on side!); problem is just with this laptop. As I say it was working fine a few months ago and as far as I am aware nothing has been changed or deleted to cause this problem.
I am sure (hope!) it is something simple which I haven't checked or overlooked, but any assistance/suggestions would be appreciated.
