enter form name in SE71. display
from menu UTILITIES-> VERSIONS
check the VERSIONS of the Script and see the older one
and make it active and download it and keep ot aside it

Thanks. This was helpful. I had looked for the old app but now I found it in the iWork09 folder.... The new app was not in that folder...obviously. It is upsetting that the pop up that invites me to upgrade touts the wonderful new app but does not say that it's not backwards compatible.
You said that documents that I "opened" in the new version cant be used by the old version. You meant "created"? You are not saying that if I opened an old keynote in the new version, I can't read it with the old version except if I export it?

Where to find the old version of iTunes

I have downloaded iTunes 9.1.1 or whatever the version was on May 22/10, and now I need to know how to uninstall it and go back to the previous version. I want to do this b/c this new version of iTunes needs QuickTime 7 to work and my OS does not support Quick Time 7 therefore my iTunes will not work. How do I reinstall the earlier versions? I have been looking all over this apple site and I am extremely frustrated! All I wanted to do was email customer services/ help and I cannot find that anywhere. Please someone give me a hand. Or is there a way to make iTunes 9 work w. a Quick Time that is compliant with OS 10.4.11

Download Acrobat products | 9, 8
Be sure to keep a copy of the download - not on your hard disk only, but burned to a CD in a safe place. It is lucky that Adobe still offer this download though the product is unsupported for years - you probably won't find it next time.
Note that it may not work with up-to-date Windows or Mac OS systems either..

You need to look on Amazon or EBay, actually the price for a legitimate copy is likely to be much higher than FCP-X.

I'm using an iMac with the newest OS X Yosemite. I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud, removed all the programs. But I still get the 'old' 2014 version with the Lionhead, not the Sunglasses (october 2014) with interactive libraries. I use Adobe iPad apps, for instance Adobe Brush, Adobe Shape and Adobe Color and it's so great to have all the things you make with these apps in your Illustrator & Photoshop libraries. How do I download the previous version of Firefox (3) as my system won't support Firefox 4 (can't find the older versions archives anywhere on your site).

I already had Firefox version 2 on my mac (OS 10.4) and tried to upgrade to version 4. Couldn't find any details on system requirements, so just went ahead and tried to download latest version. What do I do when I go to download the new version after deleting the old version and it keeps telling me to restart my computer but when I do it still won't install the new version?

My son installed a toolbar and I uninstalled it but it didn't disappear. A friend told me if I uninstall firefox and re install it, that the toolbar would be gone. I uninstalled firefox and went to reinstall it and it told me I had to restart to get rid of the old version completely, I restarted my computer and tried to install it again and it keeps coming up with the "you must restart your computer" thing. I have restarted my computer at least 20 times and it keeps happening and I cannot install firefox and its making me mad cause I hate using IE but if I can't figure it out I am going to be forced to use it instead of Firefox :(

If the toolbar installed something into the rest of the system, you will see an entry in the Control Panel in the software uninstall applet which should be removed. You might need to make a new profile if you cannot find an extension that has something to do with the toolbar.

I am having trouble with the updates to firefox. Each time I start it I get a page that says proxy server refusing connections and have to reinstall the old version just to use the internet. That also removes the personas from my browser.

I currently have version 3.0.10 and have gotten two prompts to upgrade my version of firefox and each time I do install the new version and then try to start up Firefox, I get a page instead that says proxy server is refusing connections and the only way to browse is to re-install the old version. I also have to re-install the old version at least 3 times before I can use Personas.

How can I fix this "Adobe two-version" problem, so only the latest version stays enabled, the old version stays DISABLED, and/or uninstall the old version?

I went to my add-ons tab, and I DO, in fact, have two versions of shockwave flash, an 11.9...version, and a 13.9..., which, if I'm not mistaken, is the latest version. There is a "ask to activate, always activate, never activate" button for EVERY add-on. I clicked never activate on the older version, and closed the tab. I then tried to play a video off of the Web. It would not play, I tried another site with the same result, so I went back to my add-on tab, and the button for the older version had changed back to "always activate" by itself. It continues to repeat this, and WILL NOT stay on "never activate". Every few times I return to the add-ons page, THE NEW VERSION IS DISABLED, AS WELL AS THE OLD ONE. I've tried to uninstall the old version, but when I go through control panel, and bring up the folder contents, the old version isn't even there! I've done start, find, and typed in "Adobe", and the old version is NOT FOUND! Both versions keep changing back and forth on the activate button, and they both will disable on their own, no matter how many times I fix it! smh!!

I've downloaded the uninstaller / installer links with someones help that's on this forum, used them in the exact same order. It did nothing to help. However, I was in the process of attempting your solution. I made sure all browsers were closed; in fact, I went offline before this procedure. When I used find, and typed in Shockwave, it came back..."no search results". I recalled a path I had previously used, and had to use it instead of find, C:/ Acer/ Windows/SysWOW64/ Macromed/ and here there were files for Shockwave AND Flash. I opened Shockwave, says " this folder is empty". Flash Player and Flash Util plugin, Util32 Active X, NPSWF32_13_0_0_214.dll...all files appear correct, BUT why aren't there ANY files in the Shockwave folder? NONE of the buttons you describe in your steps to let Firefox "clean up" the pluginreg.dat file show in my window...if I am in the right window. My username is at the top, and it's drop-down is "3 button"+sign out. One says settings, but it doesn't take me to any "help", Trobleshooting info, "show folder", nor any way to exit Firefox or to start it back up. Settings goes to "edit settings", and has a list of checkboxes...all with something to do with threads in one aspect or another, and one concerning private messages. Sounds to me like I don't know what I'm doing, am on entirely the wrong Mozilla /Firefox page, and I'm NEVER, EVER going to get this damn video playback crap fixed once and for all. Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

i have a new iTiouch and can't load the new version of iTunes. it downloaded fine but said installation failed because the "older version of apple software update" or something like that. so, i uninstalled and deleted (or thought i did) all the itunes programs i could find and still get the same error message. i can download but can't install the 9.0.2 iTunes because for some reason it thinks i still have an old version of iTunes. How can i get rid of the old version? thought i got rid of it all. i did a search for all files relating to itunes and apple and deleted them but some how it still thinks i have an "old version". i need the new version installed so i can use my new itouch. HELP!
