Hello Friends,
I have a custom list where I want to upload an image when clicking on it would direct to me to a page of my choice....is it possible without coding? I just have designer 2010

You can use Publishing image field which is available if publishing feature is enabled. Using this field you can upload a publishing image (require approval) and can also set hyperlink on it.
You can follow below link to add publishing image field. Below link shows details for SharePoint 2013 but its similar for SharePoint 2010.

  • How do I add a dynamic hyperlink to an image in a CRM mail Merge?

    We have a mail merge template that is being used by a number of our sales reps.  The sales reps each have a unique URL they use to send out to potential customers.  Their unique URL is saved on their User record in MSCRM.  We want to
    send out marketing pieces to prospects but we need the ability to dynamically add the user's hyperlink to an image on the mail merge (ex: an image saying "Click here") and cannot find a way to do this.  Is this possible?

    Hi,
        This is not possible using OOTB CRM Marketing mail merge features for CRM 2013. However you can use 3rd party tools like Click Dimension for this Alternatively with MDM you are now able to use more advanced design features including what
    you are trying to achieve.

  • IWeb hyperlink "ghosted" for images

    Why is it that iWeb will not allow me to add a hyperlink to ANY images on my site? When I select an image, then "Insert > Hyperlink", the "Webpage", "Email message", and "File..." options are ghosted, not active, not enabled, dead. Why is that? How can this problem be remedied? I am becoming very frustrated with iWeb '08 now because features that should easily function, such as adding a hyperlink to an image and using Google AdSense without crashing iWeb are totally messed up!
    Does anyone have any helpful information about the adding a hyperlink to an image problem? Obviously, any and all helpful info will be greatly appreciated.
    Best regards and many blessings,
    Stoneman

    Inspector. Hmmm... go figure. I am just stupid enough to have tried to enable an image as a hyperlink from the menu "Insert>Hyperlink" DOH!
    Thanks so much, Robert. I appreciate your help very much! It works great now!

  • Hyperlink within an Image

    Hi you all, I really cannot figurate out how to make a standalone image that could just being clicked and then send the browser to a web page.
    I've got a little logo designed in Illustrator CS3, in the attribute features I write the whole web address as http://www.web.com, Image Map: Rectangle, and then when I browse everything runs smooth, then I save my logo for Web and Devices. I save my image as a PNG. Then I have two files: the html file and within my Images folder the png file. I upload the two files to my Joomla site but up there the image is not click-able at all.
    Can I get from any CS3 program an image that could being just clicked and send the browser to a web without the html file? Something like embed my hyperlink in the image?.
    Hope I was clear enough about my concern.
    Thanks in advance for any help in this issue.
    Good day.

    function(){return A.apply(null,[this].concat($A(arguments)))}
    I write the whole web address as http://www.web.com, Image Map: Rectangle, and then when I browse everything runs smooth, then I save my logo for Web and Devices. I save my image as a PNG. Then I have two files: the html file and within my Images folder the png file. I upload the two files to my Joomla site but up there the image is not click-able at all.
    This page was created exactly the way you described, and as you can see, the link works. You have to understand that the directory path to the image, which Illustrator writes, is a relative path. By default, Illustrator creates an Images directory next to the HTML file, and places the PNG in that directory. (You can change this in the export options.) If after uploading to your site, there is no Images folder next to the HTML page, then the HTML page will not find the image.
    But you do not say the image is not appearing at all; you imply that the image is showing but the link is not working. If that's the case, then post a link or URL to the page so someone here can look at the source code.

    Unfortunately, those slideshows aren't all that flexible. I
    don't think
    that Adobe supplies the source for the Flash slideshows. But
    if you use
    the spry slideshow, you should be able to edit the HTML in
    Dreamweaver to
    add links.
    Have a look at one of Project Seven's graphics presentation
    products -
    Lightshow Magic, Slide Show Magic or Image Gallery Magic.
    They're $95
    each, and extremely flexible in what you can do with them.

  • Hyperlinks for jpeg images?

    I am trying to send an email to friends that has an image they can click on to go directly to my website. It is a logo for a fantasy golf pool that they are all familiar with and have been trained to click on for the past 5 years when I was using Outlook Express on a Windows 98 computer.
    When I try to add hyperlink to an image in Mail, the image disappears and is replaced by a text hyperlink of my bulky web.mac address.
    I have searched these discussions and found others frustrated by this same thing and there seems to be no solution. I read "jpeg encodes images in a series of bytes, so as you now probably realize you can't put a link directly into this format." I've also read that you would have to code your own HTML to accomplish this.
    It's hard for me to believe that my brand new kick butt Mac can't do what my outdated PC could do with one click and no HTML. Please, someone tell me it's not true.

    > It's hard for me to believe that my brand new kick butt Mac can't do what my outdated PC could do with one click and no HTML.
    You didn't realize it but you were using HTML with OE on your outdated Windows PC in order to make this work. It is impossible to make an image a hyperlink without composing in HTML. The image must be embedded in the message body for this to work and although image/photo and single page PDF attachments appear inline or viewed in place within the body of the message by default with the Mail.app for received and sent messages, this is not the same thing as embedded which requires HTML.
    RTF with Tiger Mail is really HTML but Mail does not include an HTML composer/editor. In order to turn RTF into HTML requires selecting a font via the font panel when composing a message or if an included signature was composed in RTF.
    You can experiment with using an HTML composer/editor of choice (the Text Edit application can be used for this purpose) turning an image into a hyperlink. Save the completed document and open the saved document with Safari making sure the hyperlink is working properly.
    At the Safari menu bar, go to File and select Mail Contents of This Page. With RTF selected for message composition with Mail, the saved HTML document that is rendered with Safari will be copied to a new Mail.app which will be sent in its entirety.

  • How do I add Hyperlinks to Flash Images?

    I've just begun to dabble in Flash and created a neat little project first up as an experiment, but now want to learn how to take it to the next level.
    I watched this tutorial...
    http://youtu.be/5yjvBDgB0NA
    and am now wondering how I can hyperlink the main images?
    Here's the code I have:
    stop();
    button1.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER,showpic1);
    button2.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER,showpic2);
    button3.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER,showpic3);
    button4.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER,showpic4);
    button5.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_OVER,showpic5);
    function showpic1(Event:MouseEvent):void{

    I tried adding this:
    On (Release)
    Get URL ("http://www.google.com", window="_blank")

    Can anyone teach me how to create hyperlinks for each "pic"?
    Thank you

    OK.
    Prematurely said everything was wonderful...have had a little stumble though.
    The first pic ("pic1") is linking through nicely.

  • Creating a hyperlink over an image

    iWeb is my first foray into the web creation world.
    I created a "photo page" (File>New Page>Photos) where I used the photos there to link to other photo pages on my site. The caption below each photo provides the link to the corresponding photo page. However I also wanted to make the photo image itself a hyperlink. Using "shapes" I created squares of appropriate size and placed them over the photos. Using the Inspector I turned off fill, stroke and shadow (essentially making the square invisible). Next I highlighted the box and again using Inspector I "enabled as hyperlink" with the link going to the appropriate page.
    It works great in iWeb. Once the link is activated, if i click on the photo it takes me to the appropriate photo album. However, when I publish my site and try to click on the photo using either Safari or Firefox all it does is open another window with a bigger version of that photo -- it does not jump to the link I set it to. (I made sure my invisible square was the top most layer.)
    I know certain pages (such as the About Me page) have images that are designed to be hyperlinked. Is there any way I can do this on the photo page?
    For those I may have confused with my description here is a link to the page I am talking about:
    http://web.mac.com/diverdoc/iWeb/Our%20Home%20Page/Photo%20Albums.html
    Thanks,
    Wiley

    you need to apply at least some effect to the shape
    Thanks for that! I've consistently taken the line that you can't use Photo pages in this way. This simple trick changes everything. Great stuff.

  • Removing hyperlink border around image/auto forward

    I made an image on a webpage into a hyperlink. However, I would like to remove the visual hyperlink border...the one that is blue before you visit it, and purple afterwards. How can I do this?

    I made an image on a webpage into a hyperlink. However, I would like to remove the visual hyperlink border...the one that is blue before you visit it, and purple afterwards. How can I do this?
    Add this to your CSS -
    a img { border:none; }
    And on a related note, how can I set the hyperlink to automatically move to the linked page after a certain amount of time, say 10 seconds?
    You'd have to have the onclick attribute of the anchor tag call a delaying javsacript routine that only releases after 10 seconds.  It's bound to be confusing, though.

  • Create hyperlink for all images

    Hello everyone,
    I am new to scripting, but I am assuming my current task needs some scripting.
    I have a catalog laid out in InDesign.  It is about 250 pages and each page has about 10 image so there are about 2500 images.  The way I have them laid out is each image is placed inside a frame.  Now, I need to hyperlink each image to an external web site.  For example, for an image whose name is (12345.jpg), the hyperlink will be "https://www.testabc.com/productdetails.aspx?itemnum=12345".  Similarly if the next item is 67890, then the hyperlink would need to be "https://www.testabc.com/productdetails.aspx?itemnum=67890".  All images are linked to a folder on the computer.
    Can you please suggest how best to write and run this script.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

    I can't test the script at the moment, but looking at it, I do notice that the entire for loop is within a try-catch. That means that if it encounters an error, it stops processing any more graphics. There may be a good reason for this, but I think you could just move the try-catch into the for loop, so it can catch any individual linking error without stopping completely. Something like this:
    var myDoc = app.activeDocument;
    var  myGr = app.activeDocument.allGraphics;
    alert(myGr.length)
        for(i=0; i<myGr.length; i++)
          try{
            var myGrName = String(myGr[i].itemLink.name);
            var mySplitName = myGrName.split(".")[0];
            app.select(myGr[i].parent)
            myHyperlinkPageItemSource =  app.activeDocument.hyperlinkPageItemSources.add(app.selection[0])
            var myHyperlinkURLDestination = app.activeDocument.hyperlinkURLDestinations.add("https://www.testabc.com/productdetails.aspx?itemnum=" + String(mySplitName)));
            var myHyperlink = app.activeDocument.hyperlinks.add(myHyperlinkPageItemSource, myHyperlinkURLDestination, {name: "https://www.testabc.com/productdetails.aspx?itemnum=" + String(mySplitName)})
            } catch(e){}
    alert("Process Completed")
    The forum's syntax highlighting is giving me a hard time, but I would probably throw an "alert(myGrName)" into those catch brackets so you can begin to try to figure out where it's erroring out (if that is indeed the problem).
    Another thought is that, if there's a chance of multiple images with the same number, you might want to have your hyperlinkURLDestination check for an already existing destination before adding a new one.

  • Creating a hyperlink on an image ruins my whole layout!?

    Hi guys,
    I have been using Dreamweaver at High School for a while, but
    now am using it at university and it is version CS3.
    I am not expert at websites, and am used to creating a site
    in fireworks or photoshop (now), then slicing and importing into
    dreamweaver. I have done this with my latest site but I am having
    some wierd problems that I have never had before.
    Here is how my page looks without my image (enter button)
    inked to my main page (main.html)
    <a href="
    http://s255.photobucket.com/albums/hh129/marceta/?action=view&current=site_before.jpg"
    target="_blank"><img src="
    http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh129/marceta/site_before.jpg"
    border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
    Ok now when I link it (I have tried by dragging the
    crosshairs next ot the box, and the manual method of typing it in),
    this happens and the whole page looks screwed up.
    <a href="
    http://s255.photobucket.com/albums/hh129/marceta/?action=view&current=site_after.jpg"
    target="_blank"><img src="
    http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh129/marceta/site_after.jpg"
    border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
    This is really annoying as it happens in every page no matter
    what I link. How do I fix it? It is almost as if the a href tag
    increases the size of the image, or adds an invisible border that I
    can not get rid of. I am sure that anyone with half a brain on
    web-dev will easily be able to tell me the setting to fix this. I
    dont not want to resort to using image maps.
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Peter Marceta
    \EDIT: sorry about the images...I tried bbcode tags [IMG] but
    then realized they wouldnt work, but I couldnt get the HTML to work
    either. Just clike the links and it should work.

    Such a generic rule could well destroy a page's layout.
    Getting rid of
    borders around image links should be done with a scalpel, not
    a machete....

  • How do you add a hyperlink to an image in Captivate 6?

    I have a slide that contains two images. I want the user to be able to click on each image and have the URL open in a new window. I can't figure out how to do this simple procedure. Thank you!

    Hi there
    What you do is insert a Click Box object and superimpose it above the image. Configure the Click Box to perform your desired link action when it has been clicked.

  • Activating hyperlink on click of a image

    Hi,
    I want to connect a hyperlink with an image in MSA 5.0. So when I click on the image (which is a custom resourse), it should activate the hyperlink so that I can navigate to another tileset. I also want an example to do this. Can anyone help me in doing this?
    Thanks,
    Neha

    Hi,
    I am not sure whether the MSA event handling is supporting image controls.
    So I would suggest first to implement an (empty) event handler for this control, check in debug mode whether this event is called at all.
    If yes then the code should be quite similar as it is done 10000 times in MSA where another component is called. E.g. check the code for the onclicked event for control BP in activity tile actdeta2.
    It is always the same logic: Define and create a business query and hand over the result being a business collection to the hyperlink source which needs to be fired manually.

    Wolfhard
