Hyperlinks lost inserting a signature

Hi, I have the following issue: I convert a Word document containing both Hyperlinks and web addresses using Acrobat Pro XI. All links are preserved but when I try to insert a sign using an external image, the address are preserved and the hyperlinks lost.
The are the steps from the converted document:
- From sign menu - Place signature - Change saved signature - Use an image - Browse the image - Accept
- I placed the image on the document (in this moment all the links are there)
- I save the document (websites are there but hyperlinks are missing, they are as normal text)

Have you tried copy the field or adding another one and giving it the same name? I have not tried it, but that would be my next step.

Gutted. Yosemite Mail lost all my signatures.

Gutted. Yosemite mail has lost all my signatures. 100+ time saving replies and standard emails, that have taken years to put together. They were there yesterday, and now only the names remain, the signature contents are blank.
So I used TimeMachine to replace user/library/mail/V2/signatures folder, with Mail closed - but this made no difference. Mail straight away wipes over it. The files remain in the signatures folder.
I originally copied my Mail folder direct from the last system, overwriting user/library/mail. On first launch, Mail took some time to update the folder. So surely this isn't the problem.
Any help gratefully appreciated. Anyone else with the same problem?

Thanks for your help. Yes, admitedly, I would benefit from some RoboHelp training, but I was hoping to pick up from were I left off. Five or six years ago I created an HTML WebHelp project using RoboHelp 6. I'm trying to edit and expand on it now. Miraculously, I got it working--after having to manually rebuild the Table of Contents, Glossary and Index. But now I want to create new html pages.
So, I copied the html content of an existing Robohelp html page, copied into Notepad, renamed it and Imported into my project. Shazaam. It's there, I can view it, edit content, etc. But I now want to add some images from outside of RoboHelp.
In RoboHelp 6, the File, Import menu selection included an option to Insert a graphic file. I don't see that anywhere in my application. What I do see are options to insert the following: HTML/XHTML, Framemaker Document, PDF Document, Word Document, DITA Map, XML File, Adobe Captivate Memo, Master Page, Snippet, Skin, and Skin from the Web.
How, then, can I get a jpeg file off of my hard drive into the newly created RoboHelp html file? There's got to be an easy way, right?

Insert digital signature to form

Hello all,
I have to insert a digital signature (NOT picture of scanned signature) into a form created in ABAP .
For example in the transaction VF01 we create an SD order , which is automaticcaly attached to an email as PDF FILE and it is send by email. And we want the attached pdf file (order) to be automatically digitally signed.
We have set up Adobe Document Services and set up the SSL connection. But how can I "tell" the form in abap (SE71) , where the digital signature will be inserted?
Any help will be appreciated

Hi Zdenìk,
You can find the signature field inside the Livecycle Designer. When you have your form open, click on the Library tab, and the Wed Dynpro Native sub tab. In there, you will see a field called Signature Field. This is what you want to use for digital signatures.

Is it possible to generate a non-interactive form with a digital
signature already in-place?
We're generating invoices out of SAP and need to have a digital
signature in place when we email the PDF to our vendor.
The digital signature will always be the same and
it should be fine to embed it in the form so it can be generated in a
background process where we don't have access to a network drive.
Could someone give some direction in how to do this?
I'm familiar with putting the field on the screen & locking down
values after the user clicks on it, but can't seem to figure out how
to automatically insert it on form generation.

The LiveCycle Digital Signatures ES module has the ability to add signature fields (add signature fields operation) to static PDF documents.

Inserting PDF signature into documents

I was wondering if I could use AppleWorks to insert signatures into contracts and other documents that people email me such as Word docs, leases, etc.
I have my signature and initials saved on my hard-drive as PDFs and JPEGs but have to open these docs in Photoshop in order to paste, place my signature. Photoshop takes a while to boot and uses a lot of RAM when open and was wondering if there's a lighter program I could use? Preview won't let me import images, but a small program like that is what I'm after.

AppleWorks would be a poor choice for this task, as it treats all imported bit map images as having 72 dpi resolution. Pretty jagged by today's standards.
You might try Pages, part of Apple's iWork '09 suite. You can download a 30 day trial of iWork from this page. The link is on the left, toward the bottom of the page.

Adding a hyperlink in a mail signature line

I have my websites and blog set as hyperlinks in my signature line. Unfortunately, the link is no longer active in the signature line I use for business communication, although the links are active in my other signature lines.
I go to mail->preferences->signatures and select the business signature to edit. I highlight the part of the signature that I wish to hyperlink, and select from the mail toolbar, edit->hyperlink->add. Nothing happens. I expect the hyperlink box to appear so I can input my web address.
If I control-click on the highlighted text, and choose link->add: The panel that appears is SEARCHING THIS MAC. That's totally incorrect, and I can't see how to force the correct input panel to appear.
Any help?

Hyperlink tags inserted improperly when selected text contains bold

This problem showed up in RoboHelp HTML Version 6 and
continues to happen in RH7 so I thought I'd mention it here. Should
I file a "bug report" of some kind?
If you attempt to make a link out of text that includes both
bold and non-bold characters, the <a href> tag is improperly
inserted after the opening bold tag and causes the rest
of the current paragraph to be bolded in the [FlashHelp] output.
(Note that the extra bolding does not show up in the WYSIWYG
editor). For example:

to mode the tag back in front of the word Status.

Seems logical that one would avoid repeating the same
detrimental actions.
In your initial example, why couldn't you use "list of
schedules" as your link text, avoiding the HTML/RH issue
altogether?
