Hyperlinks not working with ios7.1

Now that I have upgraded my iPhone 4S to ios7.1, hyperlinks no longer work in the mail app. This happens for all of my e-mail accounts and every e-mail that I try to click on the link. Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iphone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
No data will be lost.

Yes. you should keep your media in iTunes, and indeed you should also keep a backup of your library as well. if you have the device set up for manual management then the content would remain on it when deleted from the library, but you would have no way to restore the device if there was a problem.

CameraAccess App not working with iOS7?

I recently purchased a Canon Vixia HF R40. The big selling point of this camera is that you could use your iphone as a remote as well as wirelessly connect your camera to upload to the web (facebook, youtube, etc).
I am so frustrated, I have been trying for days to get this camera working properly and its just not doing everything I want that's advertised on your website and was explained to me in the Best Buy store where I purchased.
I can get the camera to connect to my phone, but what was explained to me by your support staff today is I actually have to disconnect my phone from wifi and use the camera as my wifi point. This doesn't make any sense to me. How is this even going to work?
The camera access app cannot find my camera. After doing some research on other forums and on the pixela website it seems that Pixela only supports up to iOS6. I don't understand as the page on the app store clearly states it works with the iPhone 5. All of the 5's and 5S's and etc are all coming with iOS7 so not exactly sure why there is incorrect information and surprised Apple is allowing this, I thought there was a review to get on the app store?
I spoke to someone at your support center today who then tells me you don't support Pixela. How can you not support something that is the main driver of a feature on your camera? Also the guy at best buy told me that Canon is doing away with all of their camcorder models and is no longer going to support them in general. Is this true????
The whole reason I purchased this model and your brand was because I was told Canons are like the "Apple Computers" of the camera world. They just work. No fussing, no confusion, no BS. All I have is confusion, BS and nothing working.
Even if you don't own the Pixela app, I would imagine you have some influence over this, can you PLEASE ask them to fix their app so it works on iOS7.
If I don't get help in the next few days I'll be returning this camera and going with another brand. I'm really disappointed.

I was just going to point out that you posted in a camera "software" message forum. There is a "camcorder" forum which would probably get visibility with more users of your camcorder.

Itunes not working with ios7

Could anyone please help... I am unable to open iTunes since downloading IOS7! it just says 'loading' and then nothing else happens. I have tired closing, opening, switching off and on again ...with no luck!
I have Googled for advise.. and momst say 'reset all settings' ... i am really not keen to do this!
could anyone give me some advise please

For iTunes app, this worked for some other users:
Close the App Store app an/or the iTunes app by pressing the Home button twice, and swiping them up.
Then go to Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data
Open the apps again.
I'd recommend as well to sign out and in using Settings > iTunes & App Store

ITunes not working with ios7 (iPhone 4S) - pls help

Since I updated my iPhone 4S to iOS 7 I can't complete the sync of my phone with iTunes on the computer - it stays stuck at phase 6 + it's absolutely impossible to listen to music on my iPhone under iTunes (which is no doubt linked) : the songs just pass forward super quickly on my phone and it's impossible to play them.
I've seen other people with the same problem and they had to reset their phone. Any other suggestion ?
+ if I do that my latest back upward without ios7 so I guess I'll go back to ios6, correct ?
What a mess ! Please let me know if you've faced the same issue and how you've solved it.

Car Bluetooth Steering Controls Not Working with iOS7

Hi - I have 2013 RAV4. The a steering controls stopped working after updating to iOS 7.
I can't switch to next song or previous song which i was able to do with iOS6. Any suggestions how to fix this?

I believe it is the same issue, which would indicate that it is an issue with the phone, nothing to do with the car/stereo/speakers/etc.
When I lose Bluetooth control I also lose lock screen (and control center) controls. Other controls work, but no play, pause, skip forward/back, and of course no song resume on reconnection. A hard phone reset or power cycle fixes it every time, I never have to mess with the car. However, the issue re-occurs about every 2-4 days and I have to reset the phone again to get control back. Does everyone else lose lock screen control at the same time as BT?
It may be a hardware issue. I have a 4S. What phone models are exibiting the BT issue?

The reason why the Tap-Dictionary does not work with iOS7 is because iOS7 is failing to make the required Bookmarklet. When one presses the "click here" to integrate the Tap-Dictionary with Safari it is supposed to make a Bookmarklet in the Bookmark folder. You can check this by going through your bookmarks and noting its absence. Fortunately it is possible to generate your own Bookmarklet. Rather than go to a long explanation on how to do it, here is a link to a page where the explanation has already been given.

When the Bookmarklet has been made and placed in the bookmarks folder just go to the page you want the definition of and select the bookmark you've just generated to activate it and a tap on any word will show a pop up definition in yellow.

HP AiO on iOS7 document capture not working with iPad2?

Has anyone else found that the Document Capture does not work with the latest version of HP AiO Remote on iOS7? The app grumbles about "The document capture feature is only available if the camera on your iPad is over 5 megapixels" - any solutions to this problem as we have about 95 iPads out in the business that need to use this function regularly

I understand that you are getting an error message when trying to use the capture feature in HP's AiO Remote app.
The capture feature in the most recent version of the app will give the error message that you are seeing. A work around to this is to take a photo instead of using capture. The photo is now available in the AiO app in your camera roll to send to the printer, or send via email.
