please help! i am a fitness instructor that DEPENDS ON MY PLAYLISTS, and ever since i upgraded to itunes 11 last week, i CANNOT figure out how to add playlists to my ipod! the tutorials were not helpful, as i followed instructions, and it DID NOT WORK. i am VERY frustrated. can someone help?

revert the look and feel to itunes 10
View > Show Sidebar
View > Show Status bar.
Now everything will work before.
Click on your iPod in the lefthand window. Then use the music sync page to select your playlists. Or drag the playlists to your device

By "sending" do you mean sending email?
If so, what app are you using to take the photos on your iPhone 5? Or are the photos from a different source (saved to your Camera Roll from somewhere else, like a web page or Messages)?
My guess is that Mail gives you the option to send different file sizes when it detects you are trying to Mail a really large photo file. The size of photos on the iPhone 5 is really big and some email providers may stop your mail from being delivered if attachments are too large. Thus, Mail tries to help you by offering to resize the photo.
I suspect that if you are sending smaller files, Mail does not bother giving you options to save a smaller version. In fact, I have seen this behavior. So, if the photo is already "small enough", it gets sent as-is.
To my knowledge, there is no global iOS setting for this. Some apps may have different rules, of course.

I checked with your account and it shows that you have purchased an annual subscription of Adobe ExportPDF online service. Right?
ExportPDF service does not require a serial number to access it.
All you need to do is sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and password.
Then, you can upload PDF files from your computer and convert them to other formats like Word, PowerPoint, etc.
On completion, you can download the converted file on your computer and edit it for further use.

Have you double checked to make sure these Audiobooks are configured to sync to your iPod from under the iPod's Books configuration tab in iTunes? This is assuming that the audiobooks are already stored in your iTunes library and appear under the Books category.
To access this configuration tab, plug in your iPod and select it from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes to bring yourself to the iPod's Summary tab. Now locate the Books tab across the top in the main iTunes window and select it. Here you can configure what and how audiobooks are synced to the device.
If you make any changes to this tab, make sure to hit the Apply button on in the lower right hand corner. This will sync the updated changes to your device.

For the people who state that it does nothing...
That's because something's messed up with the icons. It makes it seem like the extension is not there.
But it's there. The icon it uses is the set of left, right, up, down, etc.

Drag that up to the bar, and it then appears as the feedly icon.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. I'm a seller on eBay and very new to Mac. I just started to list an item when I got to the area of uploading pictures of an item to my listing. I cannot figure out how this is done. I downloaded pictures from my camera to iPhoto and they apear not only in my iPhoto library but in an eBay folder/album I created. When I go to upload photos I cannot find my photos in either the Library or the eBay album. I've tried using both the basic uploader and and standard uploader choices provided by eBay.

While running iPhoto you'll need to select the pictures you want to use for eBay and then select Export from the File menu. The Export Dialog box has several options and I believe the second option is File Export - that's the option you want to choose. Now you can select the picture quality, size, and export. The file selector will appear so you can indicate the folder you want the pictures to be exported into. Now you can take the next step, sending them to eBay.

Be aware that "Freeze Header Rows" and "Freeze Header Columns" apply only to rows and columns that are Header rows or Header columns. You can have up to five Header rows, Five Header Columns (and five Footer rows) on a Numbers Table.
"Header rows" is a special designation. Besides being able to be frozen, Header and Footer rows are not included in formulas referencing whole columns, making it possible to place formulas such as =SUM(B) at the top (or bottom) of column B without causing a self-reference error, These designated rows are also not included in sorts of the rows in a table.
