I accidentally bought 2 iCloud upgrades on same day, yesterday. Who do I contact for a refund. I understand according to the invoice, I have 15 days to contact them. There is not a contact in the invoice.

You most likely did not receive the usual receipt because it was one of those authorization charges. It happens time to time, and should drop off your card. But go ahead and check with iTS just to make sure.

IMessage 2 contacts for the same person?, iMessage 2 contacts for the same person?

My girlfriend has both the 3GS and iPad 2 with iOS5. We have been using iMessage with no problems phone to phone.
She sent me an iMessage for the first time using the iPad 2 and now she has doubled in the iMessage contacts field. The conversations are not linked together. I have messages from her sms and imessage from her phone and then imessages from her ipad as another contact all with the same Contact name (all her details are stored as one contact). She only has 1 iCloud account, the ipad was set up on that. Why would there be two "girlfriends names" when you go into messages?

It has to do with the iMessage Caller ID of your girlfriend's iPhone. That setting can be found in Settings -> iMessage -> Receive At. If your girlfriend sends an iMessage, replies to the message will be send to the Caller ID. The default on iPhone is the phone number of the phone. So, if she sends you messages from both her iPad (with her emailadress as caller id) and het iPhone (with her phone number as caller id), those will end up as two separate entries in your iMessages app.
A way around this is to ask her to set the caller id of her iPhone to her email adress (the same as for her iPad). The downside of this might be (I'm not certain of that) that if she sends an iMessage to someones iPhone and goes offline afterwards, replies send to her from that iPhone won't automatically switch to SMS.

I accidentally removed my phone number from my iphone as a facetime contact for me. now my facetime won't work at all. Any ideas?

I accidently unchecked my phone number as being a contact point for FaceTime on my iphone 4s. Now it just says that it is waiting for activation....
Facetime worked yesterday, but not today, after I synced my new phone with itunes on my computer....

A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure.

If you purchased iCloud storage less than 14 days ago, you can cancel it and ask for a refund. There's no email, so contact with the iCloud support team > http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact.
If you got more storage more than 14 days ago, just downgrade iCloud storage. Open Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Change Storage Plan, and choose the free storage or a smaller one.

I don't see photos in My Photo Stream on my iOS device.
Ensure that the Camera app is closed on the device that took the photo. Photos will not upload from an iOS device to My Photo Stream until the Camera app is closed.
Ensure that your iOS device has not fallen below 20% battery power. To preserve battery life, Photo Stream downloading and uploading are disabled when the battery reaches this threshold. Downloading and uploading will resume once you charge your device and the battery charge is greater than 20%.

Can't remember how I originally submitted the answer (been a long time ago..) Anyhow, I just want to contine to purchase music, but was locked out. When I contacted Apple tech, Michael, he wanted a device number. I don't have a device number, that I'm aware of, since I'm not the original owner of the I-Pod. Michael refered me to Senior Apple tech, Jonathan, who began our conversation by saying: "I won't be able to do anything different for you than what Michael did..." Really? Not a good opening thesis statement from a customer service rep. I would think they could verify my identity by checking my account history and give me an oportunity to reset or change my security question. I'm trying to do the right thing here, but they're making it difficult...

That is provided to AppleCare users or a complimentary one-incident support call during the first 90 days of product ownership for the original purchaser. i have a report to generate in BW, which needs to compare today's inquiry quantity with last week's same day quantity.
for example. week2 monday comparison with week1 monday comparison.
how to achieve in BEx to generate this report?

Hi,
Create two variables on 0CALDAY.
1. For Current date
2. For the correspodning date of the last week.( Same day as of current week)
For the second variable , deduct 7 from the system date. it will give you the date of the same day in the last week.
For e.g. system date is 10.05.2010 . and its a Monday.
If you deduct 7 from the date it will give the date of the monday in the last week.
Now create tow selection in the query structure one with current date variable and another one with the corresponding date of the last week.
N compare them.
