I accidentally bought the HD version of a movie for my daughter's nano. you can't watch HD on a nano. So I'm trying to figure out how to re-download the SD version. This help screen makes it seem like you can just correct the problem and just "download" the lower version. But when I follow the steps, I basically get to where I'm just having to actually purchase the other version. Do I have to pay to get the lower quality version after I've already paid for the HD version?

When you purchase an HD movie or show, in most cases the SD copy can be downloaded from your purchases area in iTunes. On the main iTunes Store page, go to Purchases under the Quick Links and then select Movies or TV shows as appropraite. Click the "Not On This Computer" button. Uncheck the "Download HD when available" box and you should then see the SD copies of the movies/shows and be able to download them.
Note that with digital copies from a Blu-Ray or DVD, if it comes with an HD copy, you normally cannot get the SD copy as well and have to purchase it separately if you want it.

HT4009 What if I accidentally bought an app when my iPad froze?

So I was trying to fix it by touching the screen and it spazzed out and bought it and a free one. I deleted it before it downloaded but I'm pretty sure they still charged me because it's in my purchases. We're stuck on ADSL1, when we need ADSL2+ for 'upt...

Have been a BTInternet customer for over 12 years and have recently upgraded the 2mb broadband package to the £24.99 a month 'upto' 20mb package. The changeover was far from straightforward, with mistakes at BTInternet's end, but on 11th November, the new HomeHub2.0 router arrived and things seemed to be happening.
We were quoted we should see download speeds of around 13mb, and we'd be happy with that, as we're realistic about these things.
We'd spotted a speed increase from 2mb broadband (where we were getting download speeds of around 1.5mb) to the levels one would expect from 8mb broadband (speeds varying between 6 and 7.5mb).
Now, my wife (quite expert in these things) spotted our router showed we were locked into ADSL 1 (modulation rating ITU-T G.992.1). So surely we will be capped at 8mb download speeds.
We rang BTInternet (next day, 12th November) and suffered poor conversations with two engineers that insisted we were on ADSL2+ and kept reciting that we'd see better speeds at the end of a 'stabilisation period' and seeing fluctuating speeds now was merely normal. Yes, they were fluctuating, but they'd never fluctuate above 8mb while locked on ADSL1. BTInternet have repeatedly stated our line should see us recieve around 13mb download speeds, which we'd be happy with.
So I rang cancellations to say I was rejecting this 'package' as it is not 'upto 20mb'. I spoke three times to guys in the cancellations department. One guy was understanding and promised to sort out our problem by 4pm (giving him six hours)...but he never phoned back. Another guy, after threatening a £217 cancellation fee (to a customer of 13 years who simply wants the faster speeds everyone else has) forcefully connected us to an engineer that again refused to acknowledge our ADSL1 limitation. And the last guy did make more sense, and promised a switch to ADSL2+ in 48 hours (but it didn't happen).
Now, if any one of these staff assured us they could see we were stuck on ADSL1 with an 8mb limit, but that during the 10 day stabilisation period, we would be flicked to ADSL2+, we'd be quite happy.
But they collectively seem to be ignoring or even denying the stats we can see on our router. My wife is quite expert in these things, managing an IT support team for the Europe, Middle East and Asia department of a company. Some of her home-based team even use BTInternet too, and have compared router stats, so we know what we hope to see.
We fear we are stuck on upto 8mb broadband. And while we spotted it right away and asked for a solution, then asked to reject the service as mis-sold when all staff refused to acknowledge the problem, we fear being forced to sit out this stabilisation period, and then see no change and that we were right all along.

Thank you for all your help. I did call that number, and while the sales guy seemed bemused to receive my call, he did try to help. He spotted my order was 'rejected' and put me through to order management. The lady there wasn't as pleasant. She did say my order was indeed okay, but also that everything was correct from BTInternet's point of view. Again, she wouldn't acknowledge the fact our router seems stuck on ADSL1 (modulation 992.1) and after supposedly checking with technical advisors and her supervisor, she simply stated all would be well after the 10-day stabilisation period.
She did agree we should see speeds of around 13mb, but when I asked her if, during the stabilsation period, we'd be switched to ADSL2+, she said no, because things were already correctly set up.
Very frustrating in the first instance.
However, this young lady then called us back a few minutes later, and did then let us know that she'd looked further and could actually see the problem, and would organise the problem getting rectified in the next day or two. She gave us the name of a lady would would also then give us a call about the matter.
It's the first time any member of staff, over the phone, has conferred with what we can clearly see at home.
We're hopeful this will soon be sorted.

Firefox regularly "forgets" my passwords when I need them for various sites, and I am compelled to re-enter them again, rather than finding them remembered. What's happening and how can I cure it?

This problem is particularly noticeable after Firefox updates, but it seems to occur on its own.

* Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.
* You need an allow cookie exception (Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions) to keep that cookie, especially for secure websites and if you let cookies expire when Firefox closes
* Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences"
Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and password exceptions.<br />
Some cleanup programs can also remove the cookies,so you may have to check there as well if you use such programs (e.g. CCleaner)

If I go by your comments that [I could get all this documentation from the net] I presume that you also have the check list as to what are all the datas that you need to gather from the client.
Based on the template, you prepare an excel sheet with the relevant header datas for which, the client has to provide you the required datas, so that you can upload all master datas.
Meanwhile, please study the AS-IS thoroughly and try to configure those process in standards as for as possible. Immediately dont go for zee developments. Keep in your mind zee developments as a last priority. Provide all standard T.Codes (transaction based and reports based) to client and explain its significance.
Since you are responsible for implementing SD successfully, please test each and every scenario with utmost care and note down wherever you face issues. Consult with your colleagues for those issues and try to train the users in such a way that they are comfortable to some extent if not professionally. Once you are satisfied with your configuration, ask the core team members / end users to test those scenarios and get their feedbacks / confirmation. Most importantly, try to address the issues then and there instead of postponing the issues which will definitely frustrate the client. Also dont give false promise or negative words and you will land up in problem.
The above are some basic steps which you can adopt to gain the goodwill of the client.

We have a scenario like, we are sending material to Vendor for job work and he is sending back the same material without adding any materials in it but he is collecting Excise Duty as well as service charge. Now for service charge I will rise service P.O and for excise duty I will rise ordinary P.O. but at the time of GRN and MIRO transaction material value should not flow, only Excise duty to be posted in MRO transaction. Please provide your suggestions.

Why is it necessary for you to pay excise duty. Subcontracting is exempt from Excise duty if the raw materials have been converted to finish materials and the same returned within 180 days. This requires the creation of a Subcontracting challan.
The steps are as follows:
ME21N- Create Subcontracting PO with Item category as "L" and provide BOM inside.
MB1B - Transfer posting components with respect to PO.
J1IF01 - Create Subcontracting Challan
MIGO - Goods Receipt of Finish Material in 101 and consumption of components in 543 movement type.
J1IFQ - Reconciliation of Challan.
J1IF13 - Completion of Challan.
J1IFR - Annexure IV Report
MIRO - Invoice for conversion charges(Service charges).

I'm not intending any insult by being dismissive, but it just doesn't make sense to ask that question here. If you have questions about your academic curriculum, the place to resolve those questions are with your institution.
Does anyone have idea or can give me content?If you're just hunting for ideas, do a little research to find a topic interesting to you and pertinent to your course. That's your responsibility as a student.
That said, what I think would be a decent enough question for the forum would be, "I've done some looking into X as it relates to the Java platform, and I've come to the conclusion that Y. Activation Lock cannot be bypassed, you will have to recover the email and password used to activate it.

iTunes in Mac OS X Tiger is outdated. Open  > Software Update to install the latest iTunes version for Tiger.
If you need iTunes 10.7 or a newer version, you have to upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard. First, check that your Mac is supported > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 If it is, buy Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
After buying Snow Leopard, make a backup of your data, insert the DVD and upgrade to Snow Leopard. After upgrading, open  > Software Update, and install the latest Snow Leopard version.
