Hello Brent208,
It sounds like you want to restore messages that have been deleted. If you have an iCloud backup you may be able to restore from a previous date that has the data you want to restore. Keep in mind that this will restore your entire device to the way it was on that date, and any new photos, videos, or app data that has been saved since then will be erased.
Before proceeding, be sure to back up your data to either iCloud or iTunes first:

MacMail has stopped noting when I have read an email. For example, I had 17 unread messages, so I read them. Despite me having read them AND deleted them, the inbox still has 17 new messages displayed. Can anyone help resolve the incorrect display?
Lord K. Thank you. Yes I am within the 90 time period, however I travel Intertionally and I can not receive not make a call to Apple. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I need to go back to my old computer which I don't have with me. My messages were in folders for a lawsuit. It is going to take an incredible amount of work for me to, you have no Idea. We are talking thousands of pages! I the defendent will have them during discovery so I am not so worried. However, I can not bring them to him on a Flashdrive when I meet with him without an extraordinary amount of presssure on my part. THis is not just some little email issue. hi, have a iphone/macbook itunes prob. i connected my phone to mac to add songs, and it wiped 99% of music from my phone. on the mac it still lists the songs on my phone but they are greyed out. can anyone help? very frustrated and want my music back.
I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

I have seen a lot of cases like your issue, and it's easy to solve.
First, open Disk Utility, select Macintosh HD in the sidebar and repair permissions. Sometimes, a permission can be damaged and it makes that an application doesn't work properly.
If that doesn't work, open Finder, select Go menu > Go to Folder, type ~/Library/Prefereces, delete "com.apple.desktop.plist" and "com.apple.systempreferences.plist" and restart -

Looks that something has gone wrong with the reset as you still have Firefox profile folders with a date/time stamp that a reset creates, but are using a regular default profile.<br />
Such a new default profile is likely to have been created because of a problem with the profiles.ini file (if profiles.ini is missing the Firefox will create a new default profile).
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
You can look at the time stamps or check the name of the JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder.

My app Injustice Gods Among Us is really being a pain. It started blacking out around a week ago, and it wont let me in to the game. I was told to delete the app, and redownload and rebbot my Ipad, but it didnt work. And I lost all my characters, like Lobo, Batgirl, Darkseid, and a ton of others. Can anyone help me? My neighbor got the app, and his works fine! What the heck.

Every time I start my PC it says Procedure entry point xmlTextReaderConstName could not be located in the dynamic link library libxml2.dll It also keeps freezing on Itunes and I cannot sync. Please can anyone help?
With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the libmxl2.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Reboot and see if all is well
In case that your OS is Windows 7 (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "libxml2.dll"
3. Open new windows explorer, to to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Paste file "libxml2.dll" to the location.
5. Reboot your computer, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

When I press the iTunes button on my ipod touch I get the message 'cannot connect to iTunes store' . My wifi is working fine, I can connect to safari & you tube, no parental setting in place, and time and date are correct. Can anyone help please? I have restored my ipod to factory settings and rest it.
I also tried moving the date forward by a year and then moving it back to normal and it still doesn't work. i can't find an automatic update of time zones on my itouch to turn this off.

Really sorry to hear about this, particularly when you're putting your life on the line. But Apple cannot track your iPhone in any way unless you had set up Find My iPhone prior to it being lifted.
It's possible that AT&T might be able to do something, but it's probably that they cannot track it, or will not without a request from an authorized law enforcement agency, but rather would only disable the device. You'll have to try and find a way to contact AT&T directly and ask if they can do anything to help you; the chances of any AT&T employee in a position to help you spotting this thread it pretty small.

I am having problems using mov files imported into a project. I get the message "Not rendered" in the Canvas and clip won't play. Can anyone help?
When clips won't play without rendering in the Timeline, it usually means that the clip's specs don't match the Sequence settings.
A .mov file could be made from any number of codecs; the QuickTime Movie designation is merely a container for video files of all kinds. Since FCE only works with the QuickTime DV codec and the Apple Intermediate Codec (AIC) natively, if your mov files aren't one of those two, you need to convert them PRIOR to importing into your FCE project.
