I accidentally deleted my "clock/alarm" app. How do I get the icon back?

I was moving apps and accidentally deleted the clock/alarm app. I can "search" and get my alarms, but I still can't get the icon to move it to my home screen. How do I get the icon back?

I've looked in other folders and screens and can't locate it. I understand that there are apps that can't be deleted and this is one of them....I've tried several ways to locate it and can't.

Remember, if you ever want to find an app quickly, you can slide all the way to the left (iOS 6 and lower) or pull down (iOS 7 and later) to get to an app.
If you know for certain that you have deleated the app, please try restarting your phone. There are many ways to do this, but the safest way would be to hold down the power button and then slide to power down.
Once powered down, restart and try to find the icon on your screen. If you still can't find it, go into the App Store and then find the app you were trying to access. It should have an iCloud download symbol since you've purchased it before, rather than saying "install."

Make sure your phone is connected to the computer and iTunes is open
1. Visit Instagram.com from your computer web browser
2. Click "Download in the app store"
3. It will download and show up in your iTunes
4. Highlight and sync the app to your iPhone (note: it will not show up on your phone, even after it says syncing is complete).
5. In iTunes, select the Instagram icon and click "Remove" or "Uninstall"
6. Click Accept and Uninstall when it asks you to confirm as it will remove instagram and its data from your iPhone
7. Disconnect the phone from the computer
8. Manually reboot the phone after exiting all apps
9. Upon re-start, you will be able to access the app in the App Store, and install it

Find which screen, folder it was moved to, and hold down the icon until the icons start shaking. Then drag it to the left or right edge of the screen, and it will allow you to move it to which ever screen you want it. When you have it there, tap the Home button to stop the icons form shaking.

You have likely dragged the size of the filmstrip thumbnails to a small size that prevents Lightroom from displaying the badges. Using your mouse, mouse over the top line of the filmstrip and then drag it supports to increase the size.

Often when people think they've deleted an application, what's really happened is that they deleted its icon from the Dock. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A to open the Applications folder. If the application is in that folder, drag it to the Dock (not to the Desktop or anywhere else.) The other Dock icons will move out of the way to make a place for it.

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.

Which Icons are these? Are you talking about the thumbnails? If so then you need to do this:
View >> Media Types
Now look for something like in this picture (click on on it to get a bigger picture) make sure there are ticks next to all of them except the Video unless you want videos to show up as well.

If you just deleted the iPhoto application, you can reload it from the original source normally, but should back your library up.
If you deleted the iPhoto library, you need to restore it from a backup or undelete it; if you choose to attempt to undelete it, don't write any more data to the computer until you do.

The dock still appears to be there, but there are no icons. I can tell the dock is there by the size of the distorted screensaver image when I minimize or enlarge the dock. I tried to drag app icons into the dock area but they don't stick (the computer just tries to make a desktop alias of the app.) The only thing that I have done today, other than websurf and e-mail, is to back-up my phone.

How do I get the icons back on my Reading List sidebar?

Since updating to Yosemite, I no longer have icons on the items on my Reading List Sidebar. Has anyone else encountered this issue and is there a fix that I can do to get them back.

I don't believe so. It works the same for contacts as well. I tried looking in the User Guide http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf but I cannot seem to find it right now. I cannot remember exactly where i found it, but I do know it has been some time back when I read it. I wish I could remember, but you might be able to find a reference under the section on the right here titled "More Like This".
