If there was a problem with the app you could report that, but otherwise your out of luck

In what country? Virgin is a supported GSM carrier in Canada. In the US, they are a CDMA carrier. In the UK, they are unsupported. They may have Nano-SIMs there, but you'll have to ask them.

There dont seem to be any clear info on it in the store. There is no exchange program. If the damage was caused by the user, it also wouldn't be covered by any warranty, so your best bet is to try to sell it as is or get it fixed and then sell it or keep using it. Some resellers will accept trade ins - I know this company accepts trade ins, but it may just be Macs, not iDevices - you can check though:

I just purchased a Lapdoc for the Motorola Bionic and need to know where I can get a better manual on how to operate with this device.

One thing I need to know about the Lapdoc is how I can get the page to move up and down. The Arrows seem to kick you out of the email and into another email.

The lapdock is AMAZING. I guess they dont give you a good user manual because they assume we all know how to use it. LOL I havent had any issues. I LOVE texing on the big keyboard. Its like if it was a chat session. I LOVE IT. If you have any more questions post em here.

There probably is, but it requires that you be able to use punctuation and write in sentences so that we can understand exactly what you want.
You can block others from using your Apple ID by changing your password. There is no way to erase what was already downloaded on to someone else's device, for obvious reasons,
